House Sitting Lincoln Heights

About: New York transplant who just moved to the greater L.A. area. I, along with the rest of my roommates, am a young professional and have always had an immense love of dogs. I live in a new, dog-friendly building with my girlfriend and another dog-owing couple in which the majority of the other residents are other young professionals who own dogs as well. There is ample space spread out between the building courtyard and the surrounding block to take the animals out to walk and play. We have a dedicated cabinet in the kitchen for dog treats and items. I primarily work on the computer from home, so Rover is the perfect opportunity for me to work with some new friends in a wide-open open environment.

About: Probably my biggest flex as a person is that ALL animals LOVE me. I always feel so blessed and honored that animals receive me so warmly and readily. I have taken care of a wide array of animals! From fish, to cockatiels, cats, dogs, and a few reptiles!! I loveeeee all animals and have a biology degree that's afforded me so great knowledge on the veterinary realm! I work remotely so I'm available for a house sitting / checks in's and walks, whenever! Im working a part time and have some time in the afternoon and weekends Also with the help of my husband and boy who loves to care for animals since he was a baby. About: I started dog walking and doing cat play dates out of high school 11 years ago and loved it! I grew up with two large dogs and two cats in Portland, Oregon. Calm or animated, tall and long, short and stout, I take care of dogs & cats with all types of personalities, needs, and routines. I know dog & cat first aid through the American Red Cross and will go above and beyond to be a steward of your space. I study critical theory around the subjects of visual culture and land use at Portland State University online, so my schedule is open and adaptable to yours. My availability is completely open. I'm currently a student online, so I can adapt my schedule around whichever days and times you need help. I'm a patient, soft-spoken caretaker that allows a new fur friend to get to know me first. I'll walk the greenest routes in the area and cross the streets at the safest points. I walk at a steady pace and can check in with you and your pet during the walk or pet sit. We can play games or lounge around if that's more their style. I'll tend to your pet's grooming, diet, activity, and behavior specificities as well as any household tasks that accompany the visit.
