About: Hello, My name is Tracey and I have grown up with pets my whole life. We had cats in my house as early as I can remember and I have always had a soft spot for them. When I was young I actually used to be a bit afraid of dogs until my two siblings begged and begged my mom to her wits end. She told me to pluck up and a few days later we came home with a sweet old black Pomeranian. Basil and I bonded like no other. From then I always helped pet care for my own family and for our neighbors. As well, one my siblings forayed into less common pet ownership, where I got to learn the basics of care for Guinea pigs, rats, lizards (hers had scoliosis), and even small snakes! Currently, I have one pet of my own - a sweet little three-legged cat who can charm his way into anyone’s heart. I have a lot of love to give for animals and want to help care for your pet like I hope someone would care for mine while I am gone! I am available any time of the day, any day of the week to help take care of your precious furry family! I have car for reliable transportation and can drive to any location for the job opportunity open. Currently I have an indoor cat and he does not go outside but has a litter box and more than enough toys to make him happy. With dogs I make sure that they are harness or on a lead before we go outside since I do not have a closed in front yard. If the pet I am sitting lives in a space with a fenced in yard I would let them out at the owners permission and make sure they were supervised. I also make sure not to let pets eat human food as many things are harmful and/or then could have allergies.

“Shannon B is awesome! She responded immediately to my inquiry and was very flexible. From the moment our dogs met her at the meet & greet, they adored her. We requested a 2-hour "drop-in" because we were going to be away a long day. She gave medications, fed and watered them, let them run in the yard, walked the puppy, gave them chews and played with them. There were a lot of instructions to follow for 3 adult dogs and a puppy. She was very communicative throughout the process and sent us lots of photos of the dogs eating, on their walks, and playing in the house. Everything went perfectly and we came home to 4 safe and happy dogs. Would definitely recommend Shannon and call her again when needed. Five stars!”

Interacting with pups really helps me, and I love hanging out with my son's 2 doggos. About: My first job was dog sitting when I was 13. I’ve had a dog(s) my entire life. I worked as a dog trainer and master groomer for over 20 years but have since retired from both. Now I have the pleasure of serving the animal community as an adoption counselor matching lost/lonely pets with their new “fur”ever families. It’s my absolute joy to love on every dog I have the pleasure of sitting with. I am currently working only three days a week part time and am hoping to be able to end that job and do Rover full time. When in my home, I live in a small neighborhood in a home with a large fenced in yard. I have an 11 year old dog named Tallulah who is friendly to all dogs. While at my home, we can take walks in the neighborhood and at the local wooded park. I’ve described a typical doggy day of possible activities below.

About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and small pets. I have an undying passion and love for animals of all ages, shapes, and sizes. I would call myself a ‘dog whisperer.’ All of my friends find it amazing that I love dogs as much as I do.Being that I also may have a bit of OCD when it comes to cleanliness— your home will not only be cared for but will be spotless upon your return! If there are plants in the home as well, I can also make sure that those get watered and cared for as needed. It’s an understatement to say I am attentive to detail. I am currently a full time student at Clemson University with a hybrid schedule and am available(flexible) on Mondays and Wednesdays for drop in visits and dog walking. I live in a house with a fully fenced in backyard. I can host no more than 2 other dogs at a time. Myself and my partner own 2 dogs. An incredibly sweet and gently Doberman and a spunky Chiweenie!
