“Rick and Angela were absolutely wonderful with our Shih Tzu, Spike, while we were at Disney World. From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing Spike was in such loving and capable hands. They sent daily photos and updates, which meant so much to us and truly helped us enjoy our trip without worry. When a snowstorm hit, they were incredibly flexible and went above and beyond to make sure Spike was safe, comfortable, and well cared for. It was clear that Spike wasn’t just being “watched” — he was genuinely loved and spoiled. The extra cuddles, attention, and care they gave him made all the difference. We came home to a very happy fur baby! We are beyond grateful to Rick and Angela and would not hesitate to book them again. Andrew was super organized and had the dogs’ food/medicine details and schedule on a whiteboard, and we received amazing pictures of the dogs enjoying their stay. Perhaps the most important thing though, is that Andrew truly welcomed our dogs into his family for the week! The dogs were often seen in pictures playing with his kids, getting snuggles from the grownups, cooling off in his kids’ sandbox, and truly just part of their entire daily routine.
