About: I am retired after serving 27 years in the army and a disabled veteran. Im a proud dad of two Clemson tigers, and a proud husband to another. Interacting with pups really helps me, and I love hanging out with my son's 2 doggos. We had the privilege of sharing our home with the best dog in the history of the world for many years, and he will forever hold a special place in our hearts. If you are looking for someone to drop in, walk, or just hang out with your dog, I am that person. I promise I will make sure they know they are loved, and it helps me as well. I look forward to meeting your furry family members! I am retired, so i have plenty of time on my hands. About: I've run a dog rescue that placed 1000+ dogs in new homes in 3 years, worked as a live-in animal care taker at a dog and cat boarding facility, and trained several service dogs for a national service dog organization. I've had dogs and cats of my own for over 20 years, and am often the person's friends and family call when they have a dog/cat question instead of google. I've seen and done it all, which means I know how to manage a wide variety of dogs and cats (and more) with all their personalities and quirks. I work full time, but with pretty flexible hours with enough heads-up. I have dogs and cats of my own, so I already have an easy routine of caring for them and it's quite easy to add another. I move my work schedule around to maximize the best times for hikes/outside time for the dogs depending on the weather. I try to take at least one of my dogs for hikes at the Clemson Experimental Forest 2-3x a week. I have a fenced yard with a small (fully enclosed and secure) chicken run. Any visiting dogs would have supervised time to play in the yard or the fenced back deck several times a day. I have 3 friendly dogs who would love to play or just hang out, or can be kept fully separate from any visitor if the visitor needs their space. They are used to mixing or staying separate from any visiting dogs/cats. I also have two cats who are dog friendly, or remain completely upstairs to themselves if any visitors aren't cat friendly. Visiting pets are setup in my home office with a crate of their own (if needed), plenty of windows, and room to play or bed to nap on.

About: Hello, My name is Tracey and I have grown up with pets my whole life. We had cats in my house as early as I can remember and I have always had a soft spot for them. When I was young I actually used to be a bit afraid of dogs until my two siblings begged and begged my mom to her wits end. She told me to pluck up and a few days later we came home with a sweet old black Pomeranian. Basil and I bonded like no other. From then I always helped pet care for my own family and for our neighbors. As well, one my siblings forayed into less common pet ownership, where I got to learn the basics of care for Guinea pigs, rats, lizards (hers had scoliosis), and even small snakes! Currently, I have one pet of my own - a sweet little three-legged cat who can charm his way into anyone’s heart. I have a lot of love to give for animals and want to help care for your pet like I hope someone would care for mine while I am gone! I am available any time of the day, any day of the week to help take care of your precious furry family! I have car for reliable transportation and can drive to any location for the job opportunity open. Currently I have an indoor cat and he does not go outside but has a litter box and more than enough toys to make him happy. With dogs I make sure that they are harness or on a lead before we go outside since I do not have a closed in front yard. If the pet I am sitting lives in a space with a fenced in yard I would let them out at the owners permission and make sure they were supervised. I also make sure not to let pets eat human food as many things are harmful and/or then could have allergies.

We requested a 2-hour "drop-in" because we were going to be away a long day. She gave medications, fed and watered them, let them run in the yard, walked the puppy, gave them chews and played with them. There were a lot of instructions to follow for 3 adult dogs and a puppy. She was very communicative throughout the process and sent us lots of photos of the dogs eating, on their walks, and playing in the house. Everything went perfectly and we came home to 4 safe and happy dogs. Would definitely recommend Shannon and call her again when needed. Five stars!”

About: I love all dogs & cats, I mean it’s hard not to love them! I’ve been taking care of cats & dogs since I was a little kid. I’ve always been the one to pet sit for my family. I’ve even worked at a no kill non profit shelter. I’m unable to have an animal of my own at the moment so pet sitting is the closest I can do to having one. I promise to love & care for your pet like I would my own! I’m a military wife who works from home so my schedule is very flexible to yours! I also have a 5yr old daughter & a 2 yr old son who are acclimated to cats, dogs, any farm animal, etc. Sometimes they will be with me (I would let you know before we book)! Im also open to setting up meet & greets with or without them there. My house has lots of land to explore on with no other animals at this time. In your home I will attend to only your animals as needed. I will follow all of your pet instructions to a T.
