About: I have had pets in my life since before I could walk. My oldest personal pet is a 21 yr old cat I've had since she was 4 weeks old. I have spent the majority of the past 7 years heavily involved in animal rescue. I've volunteered at humane societies, taken part in TNR programs and continue to rescue any animal that crosses my path. Currently I have multiple families who's animals I pet sit for. I have a vast knowledge in regards to both cats and dogs and their many needs, from neonates to senior care; I've done it all. I currently work from 12-4 Monday-Friday at my family business. My schedule is very open/flexible to any needs your pet may require. On weekends I work at a horse barn for around an hour in the afternoon. Other than the short time I am there my weekends are very open. I have 5 rescue cats of my own, all with varying care levels. My knowledge and level of care for my personal pets will help me to meet all of you and your pets' needs!

About: It was never quiet growing up with as many as four dogs in the house at a time (plus a cat, bird, hamster, turtles, geckos, and fish - and working at a local horse barn throughout high school and college). It’s not quiet now as my senior rescue dachshund loves to let you know when the mail lady has dared to leave a package on the porch. All that to say, I’m comfortable and have always been around a variety of pets. Since Dec. 2023, I’ve been a volunteer dog walker for Humane Animal Partners (HAP), in Rehoboth. There, I’ve walked countless dogs, ranging from ones who are ready to take on the world to ones who need to know you’ve got their back and need you to go slow. I have experience taking care of older dogs, my first rescue was 9 when I got him and my current rescue is 11 and a slow mover. I work from home during normal business and have some flexibility during the day depending on the day. I can do overnight stays during the work-week, but need to discuss your pet’s daytime needs to make sure it’s a good fit. I’m happy to give your dog the time and attention s/he needs to be as relaxed as possible while you’re away. Between having shy dogs of my own and volunteering at the animal shelter, I give dogs space and allow them time to sniff and warm up to me before we go out. I’ll take your lead as to things I need to know about what makes your dog’s personality shine.

About: Dog whisperer for all ages and types 🫶! Blessed with a Puerto Rican mixed pup who has been calling me “mom” for 18 years now. I am also very good with high energy puppies as well as older dogs with extra considerations or disabilities. I genuinely love to care for dogs on my time off :) !! I work primarily as a registered nurse, but I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule I and will always try to accommodate ! I treat dogs I care for as if they’re my own, and I love learning their own quirks and needs. Open communication with the dogs’ owners is key to making sure everything is taken care of.

About: Although I have not had pets of my own I always enjoyed taking care of family and friends Peta throughout the years. I have also accompanied a friend when they completed Rover visits. About: If you need an overnight sitter, a walker, or just a play date for a couple hours, I’m your girl! I started pet sitting for a family I used to nanny for about 10 years ago and love caring for our families dogs. My husband and I got our own fur baby 3 years ago, a 100lb Chesapeake Bay Retriever, named Buoy. I make sure that every house I leave looks the same as it did when I enter, that includes making sure trash is taken out and dishes are out of the sink! I’ve dog sat pups from 8 weeks to 13 years and from the size of a teacup poodle to a 100 pound boxer, and I treat every one like my own. I also am very familiar with cats, my brother has 2, I love them just the same! I am currently working from home full time, so I have plenty of afternoon and evening flexibility as well as weekends! My times for during the week would be before 8am, between 12-2pm, and anytime after 5pm. I am currently in a 3 bedroom apartment, with my husband and our dog. We would be more than happy to allow any fur baby into our place. Our community is so pet friendly. Our dog has been living in an apartment since we got him and he has been leash trained, so I have plenty of experience with dogs on leashes including prong collars, gentle leaders, and any type of leash.

About: I've cared for animals for 11+ years, including dogs of all sizes and temperaments and cats with unique personalities. My experience includes hands-on care, enrichment, and training — from walking and feeding to working with reactive, anxious, or misunderstood dogs. I currently work in a veterinary clinic and volunteer with behavior modification at a local shelter. I bring patience, presence, and clear communication to every animal I work with. I work part-time at a veterinary clinic on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. While I used to volunteer at a shelter on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, I’m currently focusing on Rover due to limited transportation. That means I’m available for bookings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and I prefer morning and afternoon sessions when pets are most focused and relaxed. I'm flexible and committed to giving each pet quality care. Whether I’m in your home or caring for your pet on a walk, I focus on creating a low-stress, safe environment. I’m trained to observe subtle behavioral cues, respect each animal’s boundaries, and use structure and enrichment to help them thrive.
