About: I’ve spent my entire life around dogs, and have helped care for my family’s four legged friends for as long as I can remember. I’m no stranger to walking, feeding and cleaning up after dogs of all shapes and sizes. As a teenager, my neighbors and friends entrusted me to care for their pets. Whether they were going to be home from work late and needed someone to walk their dog or were going out of town for a weekend, I was there to help. About: FYI--Recently retired from the Federal Government. I did a Katrina mission to offer counseling to those who lost their homes. However, I was asked to volunteer in a pet shelter because the pets were abandoned due to the crisis at hand. It was one of the hardest things I have ever done. I figured I could do it, if I didn't look the pets straight in the eye (to prevent the heartbreak and the tears from flowing). Well, one little doggie who was in the corner of her pen shaking and shivering, grabbed ahold of my ankle as I was walking out of her pen (after cleaning it and feeding and watering her) and she wouldn't let go. She dragged her little butt along the concrete flooring as I tried to close the gate. I broke down into tears immediately and said "okay, I'll take you home with me and the cat in the pen next to you". Yes, I rescued them both... Or should I say they rescued me..from Empty Nest Syndrome. They have brought so much love into my life! My Mississippi Mud Pie (Boston Terrier) has now gone to Doggie Heaven and I want to provide love to other's pets in honor of her memory. My schedule has recently opened up more since retiring from the Federal Government, and I have a lot of time to devote to other's pets and animal care. When a dog is in my care, I provide very frequent walks and cater to your pet throughout the entire time they are with me. I like keeping animals happy and content. I provide a safe, trusting and caring environment. I am very nurturing and provide excellent care and attention. I am very attentive of animals needs.

About: Ive had dogs in my family ever since I was a kid. I have a 10 year old pit mix, a 13 year old husky, and a 1 year old husky, so I know how to care for multiple dogs at once and dogs of all ages, including puppies. I will care for your dog the way you would. I will take them on as many walks as youd like, and treat them as if they were my own. I get along very well with all dogs and I have plenty of experience. I dont trust my dog with just anybody, so I know how important it is to build that trust with your dog and to not change their comfortability and routine. I work part time at nights, so I am free for as many walks or as much play time as needed! When Im with your dog, it will always be my first priority! I can go on as many walks as needed, depending on the age and activity level of your dog. I have experience crate training my own dog if you need me to do that. I will care for your dog the same way as if youve never left.

About: Hello! My name is Teresa! I work full-time on the weekdays but I have weekends free for dog sitting. I have been a dog sitter for a few of my neighbors in the past for fun. Your dog(s) will have a nice house to run around in, we'll take long walks around the neighborhood, going to the Bowers beach, playing in the sand. Since its only me in the house, they will have my undivided attention and love. In the summer, they will be cool, and in the winter, they will be warm by the fireplace. About: Ive been taking care of little to small pups ever since a little girl. Our family has had breeds anywhere from chihuahuas to lab to boxer. Im looking forward to meeting new pups, as well as giving them the exercise and cuddles they need or desire. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out anytime! I love puppies, so anytime is puppy time. But, I'm currently available only early mornings, mid day and evenings. I do have a child at home so that will have to be taken into consideration. I work a 8-4 schedule, but I am free to leave if I absolutely need to. I can definitely do grooming. Your pet will be fed based on owners normal schedule. Dogs can be let out ever 2-6 hours depending on availability. Any rule you apply for your pet to adhere to, I will delegate that.
