I was an active volunteer at Humane Animal Partners in Rehoboth Beach and have helped organize multiple donation drives for the SPCA. I’ve had pets my entire life. I have 4 years experience caring for dogs and cats in Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Harbeson, and Milford. I work a hybrid job that is really flexible in days and times. When I volunteered at BARCS, I walked dogs that were mostly pit bulls, rotties and mixed breeds (usually pit bull mixes). My experience administering medication I have experience with routine items like giving heart worm pills and flea & tick spray/lotion, as well as some experience with ear infection medication. I am not opposed to administering medication it if the owner is willing to provide training and if the dog is comfortable with me. I work full time. I’m available on a part time basis in the evenings during the week and on the weekends. If I’m off from work, I’m happy to help as well. I treat other peoples dogs like family. I don’t offer dog boarding in my home because my work schedule doesn’t permit it. But, if I’m house sitting at another persons home, I’ll make sure I’m following the instructions/routine from the pet owner, give the dog/s plenty of TLC, playtime and food. I’ll also make sure the dogs are secure in their owners home, and keep the place tidy.
About: I’ve taken care of my baby- Foxey for all 12 of her years. I also regularly take care of a large dog, a cat and a puppy weekly. I have experience with both big and small dogs, although mostly ones on the smaller side and am no stranger to administering medication. About: Owner of two Huskies. My sister has two dogs she trains for agility contests. My friend competes in dog show contests. I love dogs and they love me. I am available 7 days a week. At all hours of the day. Including Holidays and weekends. responsible and always reliable to show up and care for your dog. I currently do not have any dogs in my house. when I had two Huskies I always took them for long walks in the woods on a trail. Even went in the Lake to pull one out that the edge was to steep. Rescued one from an angry beaver.
About: I have had many dogs and cared for many others. It is a true labor of love for me and something I really love doing. I’m retired so my schedule is super flexible. Whatever your schedule I can probably accommodate it. Give me a try and let’s see if we can work it out. I love them but I don’t board dogs (sorry). Couldn’t negotiate that successfully with my wife. I do love spending time with them on walks or in your home.
About: I have three dogs at home! Lucy, Scotch and Sage! I’ve had dogs in my life since I was 8 (and I am now almost 24)! Well I’ve been around dogs since I was born because my grandparents love dogs too but I was 8 years old when my mom bought our first dog. Then after that they just kept coming haha! Everyone knows me as the dog lover because I really do think they are the cutest animals ever! I work from home so I’ll be able to be with the dogs at all times. I won’t ever leave the dog alone for more than two hours. I will always be by the dog and giving it lots of love! Feeding is as instructed and take the dog out every 2-3 hours.
