“Sylvia was a perfect fit for our dog. Daisy tends to be a little shy but was best friends with Sylvia within an hour.. if that. Sylvia was great at sending me pictures throughout the day of my furbaby. Daisy looked very comfortable and relaxed. When I went to pick her up, Daisy had already claimed Sylvia as her person and did not recognize me for about 15 seconds..which felt like a lifetime. He accepted Nicole as one of his special people and behaved as well (if not better!) for her than he does at home. Nicole sent us photos of Nacho napping, taking walks and looking completely adorable while he was in her care; we could see how content he was and were able to have peace of mind while we were traveling. About: I have had several dogs in my life through their entire life span. I recently lost my soul dog. Not ready to get another but because they bring me so much joy, I would love to take care of others. I have the time because I am retired. I am not opposed to administering medication it if the owner is willing to provide training and if the dog is comfortable with me. I work full time. I’m available on a part time basis in the evenings during the week and on the weekends. If I’m off from work, I’m happy to help as well. I treat other peoples dogs like family. I don’t offer dog boarding in my home because my work schedule doesn’t permit it. But, if I’m house sitting at another persons home, I’ll make sure I’m following the instructions/routine from the pet owner, give the dog/s plenty of TLC, playtime and food. My typical day is: wake up early, walk the dog I’m caring for, feed the pup, let out again, then teach yoga. I’m gone for about 3 hours then return home for a long walk with the pup :) then we relax at home as I typically work on my computer. Your pup will be the only dog in my house - he or she will have all my love and attention! I am happy to have your pet sleep in my bed and lay on my couch if they want! I love walking and have plenty of have time for long walks. I have training on how to safely handle reactive dogs on leash. I do not have a fully fenced in yard, but am happy to take your dog to the dog park if that would be helpful to release energy! The beach is also a short walk away :)

About: I have volunteered at the SPCA for three years, taking care of small dogs, large dogs, and even cats. I even take care of people's pets in my neighborhood. Currently fitting pet care into my daily routine is no problem at all. I am a part time college student but I don't go back until the winter. I stay at home full time so I will be able to spend all day with your pet. As far as pets go, I have a very friendly lab mix named Kaya and a cat named Snickers. I also have two leopard geckos named Mushu and Yoshi. Kaya is fed twice a day, morning and evening. And Snickers is a grazer so he eats whenever he wants. I have a fenced in yard which Kaya adores. Whenever other dogs come over I let them out into the yard so they can run around and play. The yard is about half an acre and the fence is 4 and a half feet tall.

Well I’ve been around dogs since I was born because my grandparents love dogs too but I was 8 years old when my mom bought our first dog. Then after that they just kept coming haha! About: I have had several dogs in my life through their entire life span. I recently lost my soul dog. Not ready to get another but because they bring me so much joy, I would love to take care of others. I have the time because I am retired.
