“We love having Iuliana take care of our 2 cats. She's very reliable, trustworthy and super accommodating. Our kitties love her and we feel so fortunate to have connected with her!”

“Cindi has been so wonderful to us and Ruby. She takes great care of our older girl and gives us updates and pictures every time. I feel really relieved to know I can leave Ruby in her capable and caring hands.”

About: I’ve been taking care of and handling a variety of dog breeds since I was little. I’m actively working at a grooming salon, giving me reoccurring, daily, hands-on experience with a mixture of different breeds and sized dogs. I grew up with three dogs, and throughout the years I’ve done pet-sitting for numerous different sized dogs. I’m an active volunteer for an animal shelter, and have been with them for around 8 years. I have first aid/CPR certification for both cats and dogs! I’m currently working part-time, which leaves me available past 2pm every weekday for any pet services you may need! Weekend availability varies depending on the dates. I’ve been handling dogs and cats for many years. I am also First Aid/CPR certified for dogs and cats by Red Cross. Your fur babies safety is my top priority. I’m flexible with accommodating to any special requirements some pets may have in order to give them the best and safest experience possible.
“Taylor has been helping me with my 6 month old puppy and I could not be happier with her! She is always on time, sending me pictures, and giving me peace of mind while I’m at work! She is amazing and my pup loves her!”

“I left my little guy (cat) home for two weeks, for the first time. Jen was communicative during each drop-in, sent pictures, reported his behavior (even when he tried to follow her home!) and made me feel comfortable that he was in good hands my whole vacation. She even brought in boxes that we delivered. I will most definitely ask Jen for her services in the future!!”

“We met Alison for the first time today for a meet and greet. She was extremely friendly and charming. She listened to all of our needs and best of all, our boy Sherman absolutely loved her. We will be booking with her very soon.”

“I found Sydney to be prompt and trust worthy. My dog seemed to be comfy around her. Sydney agreed to a meet & greet with my a day prior to our using her services which I truely appreciated.”

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover who’s grown up with three or more pups at a time, so caring for multiple dogs—whether playful, shy, energetic, or timid—is something I thoroughly enjoy. I have experience with dogs of all ages and special needs, including senior, blind, deaf, and diabetic dogs. I’m comfortable feeding, bathing, walking, and providing each dog with the individual love, patience, and attention they deserve. Since I work part-time, I have plenty of time to hang out with pets during the day and throughout the week. I’m happy to walk dogs, feed and snuggle cats, and care for other pets however they need. I make sure every pet gets the attention and love they deserve, and I’m flexible about fitting their care around your schedule. I have a fenced-in yard where pets can safely play and explore, plus a quiet, walkable neighborhood perfect for walks. At home, I have three friendly dogs who visit occasionally, and two guinea pigs I care for daily, so I’m comfortable with a variety of animals. Whether in my home or yours, I prioritize safety and comfort to make sure every pet feels secure and happy.
About: Although I am just starting out on this "Rover" journey, I have over 48 years of experience with dogs and cats. I got my first cat at twelve and my first dog at fifteen years old. As an adult, I have had five dogs and three cats over the years. We lost our last lab, Summer, in July of 2024 but then adopted a black lab mix from House of Hope Animal Rescue. Arby just turned one and brings me much joy! I love dogs, big and small, but all of my dogs were large - between 65 and 100 pounds. My last dog, Summer, had major anxiety and was very difficult at times. However, with routine, discipline and lots of love, she ended up being the dog I miss the most. If you give me a chance to walk your dog or provide drop-in care, you won't regret it! I will make sure they get plenty of exercise and are happy and tired when I leave! I am retired but want to do something to stay busy and active. Walking dogs and/or drop-in care will allow me to have a flexible schedule and the opportunity to be outside doing what I love - hanging out with dogs! My preference is Monday through Friday, but depending on the day/time, weekends are a possibility. I accept same-day scheduling if I have availability. When taking care of your dog I will follow whatever rules you have for keeping your dog safe and happy. If you don't have a fenced in yard, I always put dogs on a leash before exiting their home. Safety is my number one priority. Once leashed up, we will head out for our walk. If you have a fenced-in-yard and prefer me to just play with your dog in the yard, that is no problem! I am great at fetch, keep away, etc. with dogs. Again, the most important thing is safety, and for you to communicate with me your expectations regarding your dog.
“Melanie is great! Friendly and, judging by the pictures I got every day, my dog sully loves playing and hanging out with her. Would definitely recommend to anyone!”

“We used Jenna for a meal-time drop in visit while we were out of town for a day. Jenna was so helpful and so good with our girls. She was completely reliable, let me know when she was coming by to feed them and even took pictures for us. Our one dog is shy and has diabetes requiring medication, including an injection at meal times - Jenna handled it all like a pro. We are so relieved to have found a reliable, skilled person to help with our girls! We will definitely be booking Jenna again in the future! Thank you Jenna!”
About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, and parakeets, and my mom bred and showed dogs, so I learned early how important patience, consistency, and attentive care are for every pet’s personality and needs. As an adult, I’ve primarily cared for cats and currently have a diabetic cat of my own. I’m very experienced with glucose testing and monitoring, administering insulin injections, recognizing and managing hypoglycemic events, and giving calm, compassionate care to pets with medical needs. Friends and family have trusted me to care for their pets because I’m dependable, observant, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or requires extra attention, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m recently retired, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide attentive pet care. While I do travel occasionally, my trips are planned well in advance and I keep my calendar updated. I’m available for drop-in visits and house sitting, and I enjoy helping pets stay comfortable in their normal routine and environment while their owners are away. I only provide care in the client’s home because I believe many pets feel safest and least stressed in familiar surroundings. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, feeding schedule, medications, and comfort needs so I can provide calm, reliable care while you’re away. I’m especially experienced with cats and pets requiring medical attention, including diabetic care, glucose monitoring, insulin injections, and recognizing signs of hypoglycemia. I treat every home respectfully and communicate regularly with updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
About: Hi! I’ve been a proud cat parent for over 5 years and have also cared for my roommate’s energetic dog—so I understand the different needs and personalities pets can have. Whether your pet loves playtime, cuddles, or just a calm presence, I’m here to keep them happy and safe while you’re away! I have a flexible schedule, so I can easily adjust to your pet’s needs—whether it’s daytime visits, evening walks, or overnight stays including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays I follow the owner's instructions closely to keep things familiar and stress-free for the pet. I keep up with feeding schedules, walks, litter box or potty breaks, playtime, and any medications if needed. I also make sure to leave the home just as I found it—clean and tidy.
About: I’m new to this, but my passion for dogs is real. Your pets will be my priority. They all have their quirks. Let me help you. (Plus, our dog passed in November, and I miss having a dog around.) I’m newly retired with added time on my hands. I have quite a flexible schedule! I want to help give your pup a sense of comfort while you’re away. I’m happy to accommodate your pets in their own familiar setting to keep them stress free in your absence. They will be cared for like my own.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. In my household growing up we had three dogs. I have always been around dogs and know how to interact with and play with them. I recently got my own puppy, and have been taking care of him as well. I am currently working part time as a server, I am home a lot of the day and I have a very flexible schedule so I am able to do a lot including boarding, walks, etc. I do have a puppy of my own so depending on if they are dog friendly I would be happy to welcome the dogs into my home. A meet with my boy would probably be great before any decisions are made just to be sure they get along :)
About: I have had dogs my whole life and started pet sitting back in high school. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and taking care of them just feels natural to me. In college, I also lived with cats, so I’m comfortable around both. I really treat every dog I watch like they’re my own — whether that means playtime, walks, or just some good cuddle time. I’m reliable, responsible, and always make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. I am currently working part-time so I can help out with your furry friends and give them my full attention and all the love and care they deserve! "I care for pets as if they were my own, whether in my home or yours. The services I provide are always tailored to fit your pet’s specific needs — whether that’s daily walks, playtime, feeding, administering medication, or simply providing lots of love and attention. I’m happy to adjust my care depending on what your furry friend needs to feel safe, happy, and comfortable!"

About: I’ve cared for both dogs and cats my entire life, and I currently have three cats and a puppy of my own. I’ve also had senior pets and pets with medical needs, so I’m completely comfortable giving medication and paying attention to signs of stress or discomfort. As a former elementary school teacher, I bring a calm, patient, and dependable approach to every visit. I always make sure pets feel safe, understood, and cared for—whether that means playtime, gentle company, or simply sticking to their normal routine. My goal is to make each visit stress-free for both you and your pet. I work from home part-time, so my schedule is very flexible throughout the week. I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and cat care, and I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine. While I don’t currently offer overnights or boarding, I’m able to stop by multiple times a day as needed. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping things familiar and stress-free. I stick to your normal feeding, walking, and play routines, give plenty of attention, and make sure water and litter boxes are fresh. I’m patient with shy pets and happy to give extra cuddles to the social ones. I treat your home and your pets with the same care I give my own.
About: I bring over 10 years of hands-on experience in the pet care field, with a background that goes far beyond basic sitting or walking. I am licensed, insured, bonded, and background checked, and I also own and operate my own professional pet care business, which means I approach every booking with a high level of responsibility, professionalism, and accountability. My experience includes working in animal rescue and volunteering, where I cared for animals of all species, temperaments, and medical needs. I have extensive experience with puppies, senior pets, and special-needs animals, including those requiring medications, mobility support, or extra patience and structure. Through this work, I’ve developed a strong ability to read the body language and communication cues of different species, allowing me to understand when a pet is comfortable, stressed, anxious, or unwell. I pay close attention to subtle changes in behavior, appetite, energy, and routine, which helps me recognize early signs of illness or behavioral changes and communicate concerns clearly and promptly with pet parents. My background in rescue and professional pet care has taught me the importance of calm, consistent care , especially for pets who may not thrive in boarding environments. I am confident working with pets who need extra reassurance, individualized routines, or specialized care, and I always prioritize keeping pets comfortable and secure in their own home. My goal is to provide attentive, reliable care that allows pets to feel safe and understood while giving their owners complete peace of mind. Pet care is not something I fit around another job. It is my full time profession, and I have intentionally built my daily schedule around providing reliable, attentive care for my clients and their pets. Because this is my business, I am able to plan my days with flexibility and prioritize consistency, routine, and comfort for the animals in my care. I am deeply passionate about both my work and the peace of mind it provides to pet owners. Caring for other people’s pets is something I take seriously, and I treat every visit with the same level of attention and responsibility I would expect for my own animals. With advance notice, I am available 24 seven for scheduled care, including overnights, drop ins, and extended visits. I also offer emergency visits for established clients when unexpected situations arise, subject to availability. This added flexibility allows my clients to feel supported, even when plans change. My goal is to be a dependable, long term care provider that pet owners can trust to be there when they need it most. When caring for pets in their own homes, I treat each space with the same respect and responsibility I would expect from someone caring for my own. I understand that inviting a pet sitter into your home requires a high level of trust, and I take that responsibility seriously. I am licensed, insured, bonded, and background checked, and I also come with letters of reference that speak to my professionalism, reliability, and integrity. I am mindful of home security, privacy, and routines, and I follow all client instructions carefully. This includes locking up properly, respecting personal spaces, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment during every visit. My focus is always on keeping pets comfortable and stress free in familiar surroundings while ensuring their home remains safe and well cared for. Whether I am providing drop in visits or overnight care, I aim to create a calm, dependable presence that both pets and owners can feel confident about. My goal is to provide in home pet care that is not only attentive and compassionate for your pets, but also respectful, trustworthy, and professional within your home.

Ocean View pet parents share their Rover experiences
Exceptional Care for Two Special-Needs Cats Jennifer provided outstanding care for our two cats during a three-day trip, and we couldn’t be more grateful. One of our cats is diabetic and requires glucose monitoring along with insulin injections twice daily. Our other cat has chronic kidney disease, so careful observation of food and water intake, litter box habits, and overall behavior is extremely important. Jennifer handled every aspect of their care with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine compassion. She kept us informed with regular updates, closely monitored both cats, and quickly noticed even subtle changes in their routines and behaviors. It was clear that she treated our pets as if they were her own. Knowing that our diabetic cat was receiving accurate glucose readings and insulin injections on schedule gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. Caring for senior cats with medical needs requires experience, reliability, and dedication, and Jennifer exceeded our expectations in every way. We returned home to two happy, healthy, and well-cared-for cats. We highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and compassionate pet sitter, especially for pets with medical conditions. We will absolutely be booking with her again. — Valerie & Family 🐾
