About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, and parakeets, and my mom bred and showed dogs, so I learned early how important patience, consistency, and attentive care are for every pet’s personality and needs. As an adult, I’ve primarily cared for cats and currently have a diabetic cat of my own. I’m very experienced with glucose testing and monitoring, administering insulin injections, recognizing and managing hypoglycemic events, and giving calm, compassionate care to pets with medical needs. Friends and family have trusted me to care for their pets because I’m dependable, observant, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or requires extra attention, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m recently retired, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide attentive pet care. While I do travel occasionally, my trips are planned well in advance and I keep my calendar updated. I’m available for drop-in visits and house sitting, and I enjoy helping pets stay comfortable in their normal routine and environment while their owners are away. I only provide care in the client’s home because I believe many pets feel safest and least stressed in familiar surroundings. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, feeding schedule, medications, and comfort needs so I can provide calm, reliable care while you’re away. I’m especially experienced with cats and pets requiring medical attention, including diabetic care, glucose monitoring, insulin injections, and recognizing signs of hypoglycemia. I treat every home respectfully and communicate regularly with updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

About: I have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I have owned a dog my entire life and have cared for my rabbit for over four years, so being around animals has always been a big part of my life. I understand how important it is to have someone reliable, patient, and caring looking after your pets while you are away. I recently graduated college and am currently searching for a full-time job, so I have a very open and flexible schedule. I am available most days for pet care and can work around your pet’s routine. I make sure each pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for in their own space. I follow their normal routine, give them attention, take them on walks, and always make sure they are secure before I leave.

About: I’m new to this, but my passion for dogs is real. Your pets will be my priority. They all have their quirks. Let me help you. (Plus, our dog passed in November, and I miss having a dog around.) I’m newly retired with added time on my hands. I have quite a flexible schedule! I want to help give your pup a sense of comfort while you’re away. I’m happy to accommodate your pets in their own familiar setting to keep them stress free in your absence. They will be cared for like my own.

About: I have been obsessed with dogs all my life but I love and care about all animals. When I was a kid I used to go to my neighbors and ask them to take their dog out for a walk just because I loved it so much. I grew up with pets - from a cat, to hamsters, to a dog. Until recently, I lived with a roommate with two pit bulls. I used to care for them every time she was out - I fed them, took them out and walked them as well. We loved each other so much that they would come to my room to chill with me even when she was home!! In 2023 I adopted a dog myself (the sweetest pit bull) and I currently live with my boyfriend, who has a cat that I take care of on the daily. I am currently working full time. I work Monday - Friday from 8:30am to 5:00 pm so I am available every other time! I am available all day Saturdays and Sundays. Unfortunately, I don’t offer house-sitting services at the moment. However, I am available for drop-ins or walks and can go anywhere in the Newark/Snow Hill/Berlin area (if you live further you can still reach out to me and I may be able to do it depending on my schedule). I can feed your baby, take them for a walk or even just keep them company! I follow the owner's instructions to a T. I’m always punctual, and I write my report cards the way I’d want to receive one—full of details and lots of pictures!!

I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and cat care, and I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine. While I don’t currently offer overnights or boarding, I’m able to stop by multiple times a day as needed. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping things familiar and stress-free. I stick to your normal feeding, walking, and play routines, give plenty of attention, and make sure water and litter boxes are fresh. I’m patient with shy pets and happy to give extra cuddles to the social ones. I treat your home and your pets with the same care I give my own.

Whether your pet loves playtime, cuddles, or just a calm presence, I’m here to keep them happy and safe while you’re away! I have a flexible schedule, so I can easily adjust to your pet’s needs—whether it’s daytime visits, evening walks, or overnight stays including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays I follow the owner's instructions closely to keep things familiar and stress-free for the pet. I keep up with feeding schedules, walks, litter box or potty breaks, playtime, and any medications if needed. I also make sure to leave the home just as I found it—clean and tidy.

About: We are a household of animal lovers! Both my husband and I have had dogs and cats all of our lives, even spent time training dogs to be good citizens and therapy dogs. We currently have four dogs and two kids. All of our dogs are rescues. They are super lovable and playful. We also volunteer for a beagle rescue and foster dogs. Your pets will get lots of snuggles and playtime when we watch and walk them. For visits and walks, your pup will love the snuggles and time spent playing and walking your area (or even going for a car ride or to a walking trail or dog park). For cat visits, we will give playtime indoors. We have helped many family members and friends with pet care when they are away. We have experience in all diets, giving oral meds and senior dog care. We hope that you will give our services a try. I am self employed and work from home. Typically available for mid day let out/walk. If your pet stays with us we have a great yard for play and we do multiple walks a day. We regularly foster dogs so our dogs are very comfortable with other dogs visiting. We treat any dog that stays with us or that we visit just like our own. We provide a loving, fun place for your pet while you are away.
