About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up caring for dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, and parakeets, and my mom bred and showed dogs, so I learned early how important patience, consistency, and attentive care are for every pet’s personality and needs. As an adult, I’ve primarily cared for cats and currently have a diabetic cat of my own. I’m very experienced with glucose testing and monitoring, administering insulin injections, recognizing and managing hypoglycemic events, and giving calm, compassionate care to pets with medical needs. Friends and family have trusted me to care for their pets because I’m dependable, observant, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or requires extra attention, I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m recently retired, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide attentive pet care. While I do travel occasionally, my trips are planned well in advance and I keep my calendar updated. I’m available for drop-in visits and house sitting, and I enjoy helping pets stay comfortable in their normal routine and environment while their owners are away. I only provide care in the client’s home because I believe many pets feel safest and least stressed in familiar surroundings. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, feeding schedule, medications, and comfort needs so I can provide calm, reliable care while you’re away. I’m especially experienced with cats and pets requiring medical attention, including diabetic care, glucose monitoring, insulin injections, and recognizing signs of hypoglycemia. I treat every home respectfully and communicate regularly with updates and photos so owners can feel confident their pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

About: I’ve always had a dog in my life, and it was my responsibility since I was young to care for our family pets! I am 32, and at the age of 13 I started housesitting dogs/cats for neighbors and friends. Consistently in the last 10 years, I have taken care of pets for family and friends while they are out of town. I have a 15 year old dog who is blind, so I understand the desire to have someone give specific care and love to an animal with special needs. Every animal I take care of, I care for like it's my own! I have cared for multiple large dogs at once, dogs with high energy demands, as well as dogs as young as puppies or as old as seniors. I have also been a nanny for the last 5 years, so respecting someone’s home and space is essential to me. I have recently moved to Delaware to be closer to family. With this new move, I also hope to focus on my art career and get more involved in the community. With that being said, my schedule is very flexible! I am a morning-person who loves to exercise early, so morning dog walks/pet care wouldn't be a problem! I also do not mind being up later at night, if that is what your pet needs. I care for other’s homes and pets how I would want someone to care for my own. I am extremely respectful, and will make sure your pet and home are my first priority! I am very good at following specific instructions for pet-care in one’s own home. I have experience caring for both old and young pets, as well as pets with additional needs, such as routine medications and vitamins. But I can spend the day .

About: I’ve had a dog or cat all of my life and the amount of joy they given is indescribable. I’ve watched my dogs numerous times on my own and well as my brothers dog who’s had diet complications for a while. I’m a current college student at the University of South Carolina so my schedule is fairly flexible and I’m able to work around my classes. I plan on having most of my weekends available to work. I generally let my dogs outside without a leash but I would never go outside with someone else’s dog without a leash on them. I’m comfortable putting a dog in a crate as my current roommate has a dog and I sometimes have to put her in a crate. I know some dogs have more energy than others and I am more than willing for o play with them until the get tired.
