About: I have always had pets in life (dogs, cats, rabbit, hamsters, fish) and even adopted a dog to live with me when I was in college. The majority of my experience is with dogs and it spans all sizes and breads (from an 8-pound Maltese to a 70+ pound American Staffordshire Terrier). Over the last few years, I have worked with several animal shelters and opened my house to foster pets in need. During this time I have worked to train puppies and taken care of pets that required special attention due to illnesses. I have recently retired and now have plenty of time to live the dream of caring for and playing all day with your fur children. I live on a pet friendly street (cul-de-sac) and my house is properly secure to keep pets safe (gates, crates if needed) and happily engaged in activities.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats so I’m very aware of the care they need and I’m very passionate about keeping my pets happy. Right now I have 2 chihuahuas and a cat who I love unconditionally. In my free time I volunteer as a dog walker at the animal shelter to help those pets who are not as fortunate to be in a loving home. I would love to help keep your pets happy and safe while you are away. I’ve learned a lot through my work at the animal shelter on how to work with dogs of all sizes and personalities. Keeping pets feeling happy and loved will always be a big goal of mine because they deserve a good life. I have a 2 year old Bernedoodle and 5 year old Bernise Mountain dog and Colleen welcomed them into her home like they were old friends! I absolutely love dogs and animals! If my husband and I are driving down the road and I see a dog without an owner, he automatically pulls the car over so I can attempt to rescue and find their owner! I am the extreme dog lover who carries an extra set of leashes, water bowl, and treats in our car just in case. I grew up taking care of and training a German Shepherd and Sheltie. I have owned/and or fostered a few Golden Retrievers, Border Collie, Black Lab, and a Rat Terrier/Red Heeler mix. I love high energy dogs, have strong arms to handle pulling dogs, and enjoy leash training and teaching basic commands. I have also taken care of farms and multiple kinds of farm animals. Our current fur baby is a 1 year old Golden Retriever. She truly has a heart of gold! 💛 I also love and am patient with senior dogs. I look forward to meeting you and your precious fur babies. I also have a heart for people in pain who can’t get outside with their dogs. I would love to help! I am available to take care of dogs. I can walk and take care of your fur babies. They can stay with me if they get along with other dogs and children. I always make sure to check water supply especially during the hot months! Sometimes pavement can be too hot for a dog’s paws, so would love to take your fur baby on adventures to local trails, beaches, and/or to dog parks. I understand each dog has different needs and want to treat your dog to the best of my ability, as well as, model how you take care of your own fur baby.
About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life. I currently have 3 of my own who I take out and play fetch daily. My family and friend rely on me to help with their pets while at work. I am most definitely a dog mom and love dogs!! I’m currently working part-time. Both me and my partner are available weekdays and weekends. We are very flexible with our schedules. “Words can not even describe how amazing Jill has been when watching our Nella. We came to Ocean City on vacation and quickly realized that Nella was a little stressed with all the people around and we didn’t feel right leaving her alone when we went out. We soon found Jill who put our minds at ease and responded to our request almost instantly. She has been extremely accommodating with our schedule and had truly saved our vacation. We were able to enjoy ourselves knowing Nella was not only having a blast but was in great hands. We were sent photos and videos of Nella through out the day which really makes a difference. At the end of the day, she would send Nella home with little treats and even toys that she knew Nella enjoyed. It is clearly evident that Jill is not only great at what she does but truly has a love for animals. Again, words can not describe how great it has been to work with Jill. The only bad thing I can think of is that Jill won’t be around when we get back home! Thank you Jill for truly being great and taking such good care of Nella.”
