Alexa was so understanding and just rolled with us and our chaos; from the last minute stay, to us being new to rover, forgetting to leave our leash- on and on. She was SO good with our emotionally complex German Shepherd (heehee) and gave her a home away from home to relax at. Overall, what an awesome experience.”

“Words can not even describe how amazing Jill has been when watching our Nella. We came to Ocean City on vacation and quickly realized that Nella was a little stressed with all the people around and we didn’t feel right leaving her alone when we went out. We soon found Jill who put our minds at ease and responded to our request almost instantly. She has been extremely accommodating with our schedule and had truly saved our vacation. We were able to enjoy ourselves knowing Nella was not only having a blast but was in great hands. We were sent photos and videos of Nella through out the day which really makes a difference. At the end of the day, she would send Nella home with little treats and even toys that she knew Nella enjoyed. It is clearly evident that Jill is not only great at what she does but truly has a love for animals. Again, words can not describe how great it has been to work with Jill. The only bad thing I can think of is that Jill won’t be around when we get back home! Thank you Jill for truly being great and taking such good care of Nella.”

About: Hi, my name is Katie! 😊 I worked in a high stress telecommunications job for many years but my true passion is to walk, train, play with, and take excellent care of dogs. I absolutely love dogs and animals! If my husband and I are driving down the road and I see a dog without an owner, he automatically pulls the car over so I can attempt to rescue and find their owner! I am the extreme dog lover who carries an extra set of leashes, water bowl, and treats in our car just in case. I grew up taking care of and training a German Shepherd and Sheltie. I have owned/and or fostered a few Golden Retrievers, Border Collie, Black Lab, and a Rat Terrier/Red Heeler mix. I love high energy dogs, have strong arms to handle pulling dogs, and enjoy leash training and teaching basic commands. I have also taken care of farms and multiple kinds of farm animals. Our current fur baby is a 1 year old Golden Retriever. She truly has a heart of gold! 💛 I also love and am patient with senior dogs. I look forward to meeting you and your precious fur babies. I also have a heart for people in pain who can’t get outside with their dogs. I would love to help! I am available to take care of dogs. I can walk and take care of your fur babies. They can stay with me if they get along with other dogs and children. I always make sure to check water supply especially during the hot months! Sometimes pavement can be too hot for a dog’s paws, so would love to take your fur baby on adventures to local trails, beaches, and/or to dog parks. I understand each dog has different needs and want to treat your dog to the best of my ability, as well as, model how you take care of your own fur baby.

About: I absolutely LOVE dogs! I’m the type of girl to ask you what your dogs name is and if I can pet them! 🥰 Since I was born, I’ve been surrounded by dogs. We always had several family dogs, all of my friends had dogs, my neighbors had dogs, etc. I grew up taking care of everyone’s dogs - neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets. I will be using Rover as a side job. I will work on certain days each week and it will be scheduled around my full time job. I understand that to a lot of people, animals are their best friend, their baby, their child… because of this, I will work 100% with you to accommodate your needs to make you comfortable!
