I also have a 6 month old border collie so I’m extremely comfortable with high energy dogs I’m currently in between jobs so I’ll have plenty of time to care for your pets. About: I had a dog who was disabled for the last 10 years, he fell down our steps and broke his back twice. I took care of him everyday. I work only 5 hour shifts at the Captains Table in Ocean City, Md. Day shifts and night shifts. I can take care of your pets throughout and or in between those times. When I had my dog I walked my dog 30 minutes a day, fed & played with my dog cooper all day long if allowed. I’m getting another dog soon in the next month or so.

My Safe-Graduation Setup: To protect my own small, senior dog and two cats, I utilize a careful, low-stress transition plan for all incoming guests: The Baseline Suite: Initial visits and early boarding periods take place in my secure, comfortable, and fully supervised basement area. I hang out right alongside your dog to bond with them and evaluate their unique personality. On-Leash Graduation: Once your dog is fully relaxed and comfortable with me, we graduate to controlled, on-leash introductions in our secure outdoor space. Secure Play Yard: Your pup will have access to a dedicated, secure potty area (which is currently expanding into a fully enclosed backyard) for safe sniffing and play. About: I have always had pets in life (dogs, cats, rabbit, hamsters, fish) and even adopted a dog to live with me when I was in college. The majority of my experience is with dogs and it spans all sizes and breads (from an 8-pound Maltese to a 70+ pound American Staffordshire Terrier). Over the last few years, I have worked with several animal shelters and opened my house to foster pets in need. During this time I have worked to train puppies and taken care of pets that required special attention due to illnesses. I have recently retired and now have plenty of time to live the dream of caring for and playing all day with your fur children.
