We needed a dogsitter to keep our Maltese/Yorkie mix (aka "Morkie") Finley for a month while we will be in Europe this summer. With advance notice, I am available 24 seven for scheduled care, including overnights, drop ins, and extended visits. I also offer emergency visits for established clients when unexpected situations arise, subject to availability. This added flexibility allows my clients to feel supported, even when plans change. My goal is to be a dependable, long term care provider that pet owners can trust to be there when they need it most. When caring for pets in their own homes, I treat each space with the same respect and responsibility I would expect from someone caring for my own. I understand that inviting a pet sitter into your home requires a high level of trust, and I take that responsibility seriously. I am licensed, insured, bonded, and background checked, and I also come with letters of reference that speak to my professionalism, reliability, and integrity. While I don’t currently offer overnights or boarding, I’m able to stop by multiple times a day as needed. I stick to your normal feeding, walking, and play routines, give plenty of attention, and make sure water and litter boxes are fresh. About: I love dogs and up until 3 months ago I had a rescue dog for 8 years until she developed serious medical issuse and I had her euthanized. I miss here and she was spoiled and I will do the same for your dog. I will provide plenty of walks and a nice fenced in backyard where your pet can roam free to do whatever. I allowed my dog to have free roam of my house, and your pet will have the same freedom, and I have a nice porch where your pet can lay outside and enjoy the sights. I am 75 and a retired RN. I live alone so my schedule is very flexible, with the appropriate notification. I am an early riser so your pet will be let out back first thing in the morning, then - 2or 3 walks during the day. I have a fenced in backyard and a fenced in deck above the garage so your pet can be safe in either one of the locations.
