About: I have grown up with cats and dogs, two dogs and 4 cats over my lifetime. Both outdoor indoor pets and I am very active with them. Pets need love and support from us as much as we need it from them. I spent three years volunteering at the Oregon zoo working with animals. I am flexible and creative, easily adapting to pet's needs. I am also patient and calm with them. I have loved animals since I was a kid. I refused to hit a piñata at a party because it was animal shaped. I will love your pets as if they are my own. I am always happiest when I am around pets. I work from home on a salaried basis, so my schedule is flexible. Especially from early morning until 3pm. I can do quick drop ins and/or long stays if they need a little interaction. I pay attention to location of plants, making sure they are out of reach and not a hazard to pets. I make sure all toys left out are safe, not too small to chock on. Making sure toys don't have anything to tangle up with. I'll watch to make sure pets don't eat too fast and get sick.

“Corinne was a pleasure to work with. She’s ultra communicative and will ask for clarity and how to work best with your dog. I needed help because of injury for walking, and Corinne was available to help despite a full schedule. Thankfully we both had the ability to be flexible. If you’re able to get in time with her, lucky you and your pup. I appreciate she gives you a heads up before heading out to your way.”

“Leah was great with Buddy and Papa Bear and brought some treats for them and was very gentle with the boys. I know they can’t wait for future walks with her!! 🐾”

“Alexis has been so great helping my dog readjust this week after I was away (triggering her separation anxiety). She understands the needs of an anxious dog which is crucial. She was able to step in and give some extra help when we needed it.”

“I’ve left multiple reviews about Jordan thus far, but I’m leaving another one after my dog and I moved from Woodstock to Milwaukie. I feel that Jordan has helped my dog regain confidence and ease after moving to a new area of town. He was patient with the transition to our new building, and has been the constant she needed to get through a stressful moving time. I cannot recommend him enough!”

About: Hello! The name is Evian but I go by Navie (“Navy”). So excited to get to take care and hang out with your little buddies. Happy to send photo updates of your furry friend’s adventures! Peace of mind for you, paw-some day of cuddles and fun for your pal. I have additional experience caring for elderly animals, giving medicine (pills and injections), and caring for kittens. If you have any questions, please let me know! Hi! I work from home most days and can set my own schedule. This allows for flexibility to hang out with your furry friend and go out for walks at just about anytime of day! Happy to go out rain or shine. Pets are respected, loved, and well cared for. Animals in my care are valued for their unique personalities and will always be treated with kindness and patience.

About: I've had dogs of my own for my whole life so they have always been a big part of who I am. I currently have two dogs of my own, but have plenty of love left to share with your dogs. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I’ve spent two years and over 150 hours volunteering at a dog and cat rescue. I cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes and temperaments by walking, feeding, bathing, training, and administering medications. In addition to dogs, I’ve previously been a pet parent to horses, cats, and bunnies. I currently volunteer at an equine rescue. I used rover as a sitter very briefly in 2017 when I lived in Florida, so I have some old reviews from my previous time on Rover. I am re-establishing my profile and am excited to get to know some wonderful pups and pup parents in Portland. As a pet parent, I know how stressful it is to leave your treasured family member in someone else’s care. That’s why I make sure to text my Rover families plenty of pictures and updates. I want you to feel confident that your pet is safe and happy so you can enjoy your time away with less stress. I’m also happy to support any training goals you are currently working on. I work a full time job in healthcare quality assurance, but have flexible work hours and a hybrid schedule. I’ll be able to accommodate recurring weekly walks or drop-ins as well as one-time bookings. I’m excited to offer dog walking and drop-in visits. During walks I will ensure your dog remains leashed with the collar and leash set up of your choice. If you’re working on loose leash walking, I can support that training on my walks with your pups. I’ll ensure your pet has food, water, medication (as needed), and will let you know immediately if I see any health or safety concerns.

About: We love dogs. So much that we spent years living on a farm in Appalachia with 7 large breed dogs. Brandon spent his life loving on golden retrievers (a total of 6 since birth) and as a family we have had both a huge Golden baby (9 yrs) and a teeny rescued beast with lots of special needs (9 years). Joy or Brandon (usually both) are home/available to care for your dog 24/7. Will will be able to provide around the clock love and play. We are tucked away in a beautiful old-growth tree grove with enormous front and back completely fenced yards. Our home has an attached upstairs studio apartment/dog lodging with comfy couches/a pullout bed and comfy chairs for private relaxing after a big day of play. One of us will sleep in the apartment/ hang out with your dog (trust they won't be lonely). If your dog enjoys other dogs/cats and wants friends, we have a small dog and 2 cats in the main house that can provide plenty of running fun around the yard. Our neighborhood is perfect for taking walks and we even have 2 parks within 2 blocks.

“This is the second time I booked with Ariana. She is responsible, shows on time, and listens carefully to the given instructions. I also was informed on how the walks went with Pipa, as she does not warm up easy when she meets new people in general. I will book with her again!”

“Christa was always punctual for our scheduled walks, and was excellent at communicating. My dog loves her! She gets so excited when she sees her. I highly recommend Christa, and will work with her again.”

“I felt very comfortable leaving my beloved canine to Sequoia's trusting care. Not only was Sequoia punctual, she sent me pictures of my dog during their walk. This made me so happy at work!”

Evian G.
“Evian is an extremely reliable pet caregiver. I have an elderly cat with diabetes who needs very specific care instructions and I can always trust him in Evian's hands when I need to travel for work. She gets him his medication and spends quality time with him. My cat is always happy to see Evian when I am leaving. The peace of mind from a good caretaker is priceless.”

Aislynn W.
“Aislynn is so good to my French bulldog Rae! I am usually protective over my special dog, but I am very comfortable when Aislynn walks and babysits Rae! She is the only person we trust our dog with when we go out of town! Aislynn is very playful, yet still attentive to our specific instructions! I would always recommend her to those slightly nervous doggy parents like me!”
