You couldn't ask for better puppy caregivers than Hannah and her family. I am so pleased at the caliber of people Rover has recruits. I wish I knew about you earlier. Shuting and her partner did a phenomenal job taking care of our dog, Suri, for a week while we were away. Shuting sent us multiple updates and photos everyday and did a great job keeping our dog entertained, socialized, and exercised. She also has a genuine interest and care for dogs and played food games and snuggled our pup, when the weather didn't permit outdoor play. Thank you Shuting! Ten out of ten would book again!
Eunice was so great to work with! From the meet and greet to pickup, she was so communicative and clearly capable of caring for my dog. Eunice was very conscious about easing my dog into a new environment with a couple of new playmates and made sure my dog felt safe and comfortable. Eunice sent a daily update with lots of pictures/videos of their activities, and it was clear how much my dog was being spoiled! My dog was so disappointed to leave her new friends behind to come home. Eunice even washed the dog bowls I provided before packing them with the other items before pickup, which was above and beyond! I will definitely think of Eunice in the future when I need someone to look after my dog again.
Juan and Gabriel are amazing! Responsive, proactive, and available. You can see the effort put into their care for our pets. Gabriel always gives me a recap at the end of her stay, especially knowing she’s sensitive to certain food. My dog has never had any large issues. I’ll continue to use Juan and Gabriel to care my dog Lola.
Our dogs seemed happy to go there and happy when we picked them up. All in all, we think our dogs did well there. We appreciated the updates & pictures while we were on our trip - the updates were great and timely. Our Murphy is a exercise in itself and Emma did well with his meds and food requirements. Kiki did a wonderful job taking care of my husky, Saito, while I was away on my trip. There was an unexpected incident where Saito got into the dishwasher and became sick. Kiki handled the situation with great care, checking on him multiple times throughout the day to monitor his condition and make sure he didn't need to be taken to the vet. Thankfully, he started feeling better and made a full recovery. Throughout my trip, Kiki kept me updated with regular messages and sent plenty of photos of Saito having fun, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It's clear she genuinely cares about the pets she watches, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. I highly recommend Kiki to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive pet sitter 🙂↕️
