About: I've been caring for my 4 cats on a daily basis for a decade. In addition, I dog sit overnight for my partner every couple of weeks. I work from home, so leaving in the middle of the day is rather simple. In fact it's a nice change of scenery to get outside and be with a cute animal 🥰 I unfortunately can't care for pets in my home as my cats run the joint. But I love meeting new animals, playing with them, and getting out!

About: I have had many dogs over the years, all adopted. Have fostered dogs too. Your pet will have access to several dog beds. My cairn and I would love to watch your dog with you are away. I am recently retired so am home most of the time. So your pet will get care and attention all day long that includes one daily walk. Additional walks available for a fee. I have a stockade fenced in back yard. I go outside several times during the day to hang on my deck and let my dog explore and play.

I’ve also grown up on a farm and handled all types of pets from goats, pigs, cows to dogs, cats, hamsters, and fish. I believe every animal deserves to be treated as family not just a pet. Someone will always be there to take care of your furry or scaly family and will never be left without someone even for a second. They will be welcomed with love, play, and kindness in my home. I do have a senior beagle mix I adopted from a family member who could not bring him with for an overseas move who is a full time pet at the home.

Hazel can be uncomfortable when meeting new people, but Dawn has tremendous knowledge of dogs (and love for them !) and I was pleased to see Hazel warmed up to her very quickly. Hazel just spent the day at Dawn’s and it’s obvious she enjoyed herself. Dawn is a great communicator and sent pictures throughout the day. I’m so happy she was able to accommodate me. I highly, highly recommend her!
Kelly provided daycare for our Boxer, Solar, and we couldn’t be happier. She sent pictures and he seemed right at home. He was super tired at the end of the day, which was great. Kelly was very responsive and communicative since I first contacted her. We are looking forward to boarding Solar in a couple of weeks!
