2. Paul S.
“We are so thankful to have found Paul! He excepted our booking very last minute and was so accommodating. Ebony doesn’t always do well in new places, but I think he would have preferred to stay with Paul even longer! Lots of walks, lots of pictures and updates. I especially appreciate how confident Paul is with socializing Ebony with other dogs, something I am always nervous about. Will definitely use Paul as a sitter in the future!”

About: I'm excited to have your furry friend over and will give them all the TLC they deserve while sticking to their regular schedules. I've been obsessed with dogs since I was a kid and have taken care of our family dog, Lucky, since he was a puppy up until he passed away due to old age at 17 years. I now have a 6 year old Shiba Inu, Sumi, and a 10 year old cat, Ellie. Sumi was a rescue mill mama and was extremely fearful. With patience and love, she's finally come out of her shell. I've managed to teach both the dog and the cat tricks and work on training with them daily. I have a very flexible schedule at the moment and am home most of the day. I'll stick to whatever schedule your pet is used to so there won't be any confusion when they return to you. Our neighborhood is pretty large and also has a walking trail, so walks can be as short or long as you'd like. There's a dog friendly space downstairs with plenty of room to run around and play with toys, or if they prefer to chill, there's plenty of pet beds and blankets in the living room. I have a very chill and friendly Shiba Inu at home that can keep your dog company. I do have a cat that has their own room and can be separated if your dog doesn't get along with cats. I also have a large crate and two pens available if that's something you're used to doing. Baby gates are set up between each floor, but are usually left open for my dog. There are cameras on each floor so that I can keep an eye on the pets if I'm leaving the home or on a different floor.

8. Noemi S.

“Emma loves coming over everytime!”

9. Ellena R.
About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a kid. I grew up with two dogs, two cats, and a bird. I have many years experience pet sitting as well as grooming and a bit of training. I work from home, so I am able to keep a constant eye on your pets (: I’m also able to take your pets for long, frequent walks, and take them to a nearby park if that’s something you’re comfortable with! I work from home, and I love going out for walks. Depending on you and your let’s needs, I can take them out as frequent as you’d like. I also have a dog park right next to my complex that I love to go visit. I live in an apartment, but the complex is gated and fenced in around the courtyard and pet grooming station. The complex itself is very safe- no one can enter without a key fob.

10. Joann S.

“My dog can be fear reactive when meeting new people but this was not the case at our meet and greet with Joann - Hazel was very comfortable with her, and even put her paws on Joann in a manner that suggested to me she really liked her. When I dropped her off for day care I watched as Hazel sidled over to her and stayed calmly at her side as I departed. Joann’s home is spacious and clean, and her fenced in backyard is a great feature. Hazel seemed to truly enjoy her time with Joann and we will certainly return for future care needs.”

11. Kelly C.

“She was great with Faye and kept me updated with pictures the whole time. Would recommend”

12. William A.

“William was great and knew just how to make our girl Jazz feel at home. He sent updates during the day and was easy to work with. We look forward to working with him again soon!”

13. Beth Y.

“Beth was great! Our pup loved spending time with her.”

14. Samantha H.
“Samantha and her family are the warmest and kindest dog hosts your family will find. When they dog sat for us, our dog fell in love with Samantha and followed her around everywhere in the house. They spoiled our dog with long walks, treats, and love. You will not regret leaving your dog with them, knowing your dog is being treated as if he/she is in their own home.”

About: 🐶 Dog Care Looking for a relaxing and stress-free home for your furbaby while you're away? Your dog will be well cared for by me and my partner and have a playmate, Channing, a friendly and mellow rescue dog. As a regular Rover user, we believe in providing high-quality and individual care for our dog guests. We adjust the level of care and activities depending on the dog’s health and owner’s preferences. Having my own senior dog who’s also blind, I have personal experience caring for fragile and older pups. 🏡 Home and Neighborhood Currently, I work full-time from home most of the week and I’m home most weekends. Our dog guests are allowed on the couch and bed, unless the owner prefers otherwise. We live in a walkable neighborhood with many tree-lined walking paths, bushes, parks and other friendly dogs and people. 📸 📱Daily Pictures and Updates We are very communicative and make sure owners get at least 3 updates with pictures and/or videos each day. 🦮 🐾 Walks Your dog will enjoy at least three 15-20 minute walks (usually at a casual pace and sniffing around the neighborhood) and ALWAYS leashed on our walks, usually using my own durable leash (the same rope material that rock climbers use). Their safety is my highest priority. 🧍🏽🐕 Meet and Greets Highly recommended for first-time guests. This allows the dogs to meet and I can get a good sense of your dog’s needs and how to best care for them. The meeting place is at a small park/playground in our neighborhood. 🗓️ 🚘 Drop Off and Pick Up Times *Weekdays: flexible, I’ll just need to know in advance to plan my schedule. *Weekends: Flexibility between 8am-7pm with advance notice. I work from home most of the week and am home most weekends, so your dog won’t be home alone too long but s/he should be comfortable to stay at home with Channing for a few hours. We go outside for 3 (sometimes more) walks each day usually at 7am, 12pm, 5pm and around 10pm. Your pup will have a great stay with us and Channing! Feel free to send us any questions! 💊 Medical Care We have experience administering medication to dogs, including oral and eyedrops (our dog is on several medications). For older and/or blind dogs, I carry them and use a baby gate as needed.

20. Cal & Kelly T.

“My dog Rambo is really anxious without me but Cal & Kelly worked with him and made sure he felt comfortable throughout the day. They sent me numerous updates that put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable leaving Rambo in somebody else’s care. Rambo and I will definitely be coming back!”
