At the meet and greet, Hazel obviously liked Bryn (which is not always the case when meeting new people) so I knew we were off to a great start. Bryn has a calm personality and definitely is knowledgeable about dogs. She has a lovely home and a great fenced in backyard where the dogs can play. Her dog, Kepler, is very sweet. Bryn sent pictures and updates during Hazel's stay and reported that she did very well. She followed my instructions as far as giving Hazel her medications. About: I work from home and my furry friends are like my children. Happy snuggle them while you're away! Please let me know if they don't like kitties or other doggies as I have a senior red husky, CoCo, that loves doggie friends. I've had dogs, cats, lizards, fish and birds for the past 20 years so are comfy around fur, feathers or fins. If you have a senior pet, we have a nice, and quite space for them to relax too & we can help with meds or any other special needs. I have a fenced yard, but prefer to walk Coco dog on a leash. I work from home (self employed), so my schedule is completely flexible and am happy to share my day with all the furry creatures in the house. I've been obsessed with dogs since I was a kid and have taken care of our family dog, Lucky, since he was a puppy up until he passed away due to old age at 17 years. I now have a 6 year old Shiba Inu, Sumi, and a 10 year old cat, Ellie. Sumi was a rescue mill mama and was extremely fearful. With patience and love, she's finally come out of her shell. I've managed to teach both the dog and the cat tricks and work on training with them daily. I have a very flexible schedule at the moment and am home most of the day. I'll stick to whatever schedule your pet is used to so there won't be any confusion when they return to you. Our neighborhood is pretty large and also has a walking trail, so walks can be as short or long as you'd like. There's a dog friendly space downstairs with plenty of room to run around and play with toys, or if they prefer to chill, there's plenty of pet beds and blankets in the living room. I have a very chill and friendly Shiba Inu and Husky/Shepherd mix at home that can keep your dog company. I do have a cat that has their own room and can be separated if your dog doesn't get along with cats. I also have a large crate and two pens available if that's something you're used to doing. Baby gates are set up between each floor, but are usually left open for my dog. There are cameras on each floor so that I can keep an eye on the pets if I'm leaving the home or on a different floor.

This allows the dogs to meet and I can get a good sense of your dog’s needs and how to best care for them. I work from home most of the week and am home most weekends, so your dog won’t be home alone too long but s/he should be comfortable to stay at home with Channing for a few hours. We go outside for 3 (sometimes more) walks each day usually at 7am, 12pm, 5pm and around 10pm. Your pup will have a great stay with us and Channing! Feel free to send us any questions! 💊 Medical Care We have experience administering medication to dogs, including oral and eyedrops (our dog is on several medications). For older and/or blind dogs, I carry them and use a baby gate as needed.

About: Ive taken care of a variety of dogs since the age of 16. When friends, family and neighbors went out of town, they relied on me. I've cared for dogs from ages of 10 months to 14 years old, dealing with potty training to strict medicine schedules and special diets. Im currently in training to be an EMT and work as a volunteer Sundays to Monday overnight. However, the rest fo the week I am very flexible and am available most of the time. “I had a wonderful experience boarding my dog, Hazel, with Bryn. At the meet and greet, Hazel obviously liked Bryn (which is not always the case when meeting new people) so I knew we were off to a great start. Bryn has a calm personality and definitely is knowledgeable about dogs. She has a lovely home and a great fenced in backyard where the dogs can play. Her dog, Kepler, is very sweet. Bryn sent pictures and updates during Hazel's stay and reported that she did very well. She followed my instructions as far as giving Hazel her medications. I'd happily recommend Bryn to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog.”
