“Wow in a word! Richard was the best! I won't lie, never leaving my "baby" with anyone other than my son, I was experiencing some anxiety. From meeting Richard and his wife, at the "meet and greet" and the questions they ask and just the overall interest about my little guy made me feel more comfortable about my planned trip. From the time I dropped him off, no matter the questions I had, Richard always responded in a timely manner. I absolutely loved the daily updates as well-seeing him play, interact and make new friend really did my heart good. The funniest thing is that once home, he slept good for 2 days....wore himself out! I don't have trips planned for the balance of the year, yet I do plan on booking time with Richard for daycare, so that my boy can stay social and make some more friends! “We are extremely happy with our first time using a boarding service, thanks to Lyna. Our jinki is usually a very anxious pup, it takes a very calm, compassionate person for Jinki to really get comfortable. It only took Jinki about a day or so to fully let her guard down.. which is incredible. Throughout the 5 days, Lyna sent multiple pictures and videos of them playing with Jinki, petting her, laying with her. They took her out on walks at least twice a day and let her run free in their fenced in backyard (I’m sure she misses that!). I will definitely be booking with Lyna again if we ever need someone to watch her. They are so kind and accommodating, and Jinki has made new friends! Thank you 🫶🏽”
