About: I grew up on the family farm surrounded by dogs and cats and all kinds of animals - caring for them was part of my life. That lifelong connection led me to volunteer at a local dog and cat shelter where I've gained even more experience with pets of all temperaments and needs. I treat every animal like family and I willl give your pet loving care whether it's for a quick walk or an overnight stay. I have a very flexible schedule so I can fully prioritize pet care. My days naturally revolve around the animals I am caring for and I enjoy creating routine that suits their needs. My home, farm in the woods, is calm and pet friendly space where animals can relax, go for walks or play. In client's home, I'm respectful of their space and routines, I communicate with the owner, send updates and make sure the pet has all my attention.

“Elena is so wonderful!!! My dog has separation anxiety and I was worried about her being able to settle with a stranger in the house but they quickly became best of friends! Elena’s experience and approach with pets made the house-sit a joy for my dog, who definitely missed Elena after she left.”

“Jerrica took incredible care of my remi! He had just gotten out of the hospital and I needed someone to come keep an eye on him while I was at work. Jerrica was on time and nurtured and tended to my sick boy. I couldn’t recommend her enough. I am hoping to be lucky enough to make her my permanent caretaker of my sweet Rem.”

About: I’m reliable, patient, and genuinely love caring for animals. I take time to understand each pet’s personality and needs—whether that’s playtime, quiet companionship, or extra attention. You can count on me to treat your pet like family and keep you updated so you always feel at ease. I take care of my three cats morning and night, feeding them three times a day with fresh water at every meal. This routine has taught me the importance of consistency, attention, and creating a calm environment for pets. I’m experienced in providing loving care, monitoring their needs closely, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable throughout the day. I no longer have my dog, but I am more than comfortable with dogs as well! When caring for pets in your home, I prioritize maintaining their regular routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I follow your instructions carefully, whether it’s feeding schedules, exercise, or medication—and give each pet plenty of attention and affection. I make sure their environment stays clean and safe, and I provide updates so you can feel confident your pet is happy and well cared for while you’re away.

About: I had a dog for 10 years, helping with training like sit and shake, all the way to helping my dog as a senior. I frequently volunteer on KC Pet Project animal shelter where I have given dogs of all sizes dog day outs! I know how to handle a very excited pup all the way to a mellowed out dog! I am very patient with all animals and love giving them the attention that they need. While my own dog was going through cancer in his final months I took him to all his vet appointments, kept on top of all his medicine and physical care. I am currently a college student at the University of Kansas. My class schedule allows me to visit/walk your furry friends starting at 10:30 in the morning all the way to the late hours of the night! Helping your pet will allow me and your pup to get the exercise and fresh air that we both need. With my class schedule I can ensure your pet will walk in the morning before it becomes too hot and drop in any time of the day. I will make it a priority to visit your pet 3-5 times a day. Providing them with walks, playtime, snuggles and food. I will ensure safety for your pet by taking them out regularly, making sure their water bowl is replenished and hopefully keeping them a happy dog while the client is away! If your pet is a senior dog I have experience with administering oral pills for your pup, applying cream, eye drops, or any other kind of medication. If you pet is a pup I can provide safety from other dogs to reduce the risk of harm to your pup and the other pooch.

“Hannah and her husband took great care of our animals..and our home! Hannah sent me photos and regular updates which really helped reassure me that they were okay. Put us at ease! Highly recommend and we will use them again if we go on another trip!! It’s worth it to mention that one of our dogs is a senior who has mobility issues. So if you need someone for your old buddy, contact them!”

About: Animals have always had an extremely special place in my heart. Ever since I was a kid I’ve helped care for my family’s own pets: feeding them, caring for their health, giving baths, taking them outside and on walks, and pretty much anything else having a pet entails. I also am in the process of beginning volunteering with the cats and dogs at Lawrence Humane Society! I am a full-time student, but I am available whenever I am not busy with classes. I also have a few volunteering shifts throughout each week that I need to work around, and a job (that I will be done with next month). I provide them with food and water, clean up their litter, play with them, take the dogs on walks, and show all the animals lots of love! I am also flexible and open to doing whatever I am able to.

“Hailie is a true animal lover with tons of experience. She did an awesome job taking care of our large dog and three cats. Plus, she's super professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!”

“Yuliia took excellent care of our cat, Aurora and our dog, Mya while we were out of town for a few days. She came over one week earlier to meet us and went through the care instructions for our pets. She made sure she understood all of the instructions and assured us that she will take great care of them so we don’t have to worry about anything. We loved all of the photos Yuliia sent to us of Mya & Aurora getting lots of pets, out on a walk and playing. She promptly let me know when Mya wasn’t eating any of her food (which is typical for her to do while we are gone). I let Yuliia know what to do and she was able to get Mya to eat her food again. Highly recommend Yuliia!!”

“Emily was great! She house sat and watched my boy Bruce for three nights. I was provided with regular updates, she asked questions and was a prompt responder throughout the whole process. I came back to a clean house and a happy dog. I would use Emily again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend!”
