She checked with other dog owner as to whether it would work with her dog and another dog she was taking care of that day. It ended working really well because she let the dogs take their time getting used to each other, and made sure our smaller puppy stayed safe and not overwhelmed. About: I've grown up with dogs - my family dog is 14 and lives with my parents back in the east coast and I have taken care of my friends' dogs. I am reliable and patient with pets, I've taken care of puppies as well as older dogs and everyone in between :) I'm the person that will ask to pet people's dogs in a coffee shop! I have a hybrid work schedule so will WFH fridays & mondays and my partner works from home 5x a week so we have a flexible schedule and can take care of your dog! Our townhouse is very dog friendly and my neighborhood is extremely dog friendly and very residential so going on walks will be no problem! We live close to the park and there are plenty of sidewalks to easily walk on the Burke Gilman trail.
About: I signed up for Rover last year after my 12 year old German Shepard dog passed away. I needed to be around dogs but I was not ready to adopt one. This past May, we adopted a rescue dog. Zoey is a mix who was a rescue through Washington German Shephard rescue organization. She is a wonderful dog; we are very lucky. I do still miss dog sitting for other's people's dogs. I enjoyed all the different breeds and personalities. I would like to continue either boarding in my house or in the pet person's house. My partner and I both grew up with dogs and will treat them like our own. I am now retired and I am home most of the time. I am retired and will have plenty of time for your fur baby. I go for a long walks every morning and night and would love to have your dog to accompany me. My backyard is fully fenced. I can feed your pet on any schedule. Lucy was awesome with Korra on her first daycare sit. She was very flexible with an evening that went a bit later than anticipated and sent lots of updates throughout to make sure I was informed. Lucy had a family members pup at her house on our service date, but we accommodated a meet and greet before drop off and things went very well. The yard and large house make for lots of enriching moments to explore and get sniffs in. Will definitely be keeping her as a go to for Korra ☺️
