“Susan is amazing and made our anxiety-inducing first drop off at doggie day care way easier! Easy communication and planning and she and her dog made mine feel right at home. Loved how many updates and pictures she sent us too! Our dog seemed happy and tired afterwards.”

“Matt is fantastic. My dog Ru loves going to his house so much that she sprints to his front door and will not look back for me at all. She has a great time with him and when I pick her up she is happy and tired in the best way. He clearly has a great understanding of dogs and is very professional and communicative. I feel completely confident leaving my girl there and I know she has the absolute best care.”

“Vannessa is very reliable and sweet! My puppy loves her. She sends pics/vids throughout the day. Its a bonus that she lives 5mins from me. Grateful to have found her as I wasn’t expecting to get Ace so soon. So thank you very much for all you do, it is more than appreciated!”

“Pamela and Paul were awesome with Monroe! She is a sensitive dog who felt right at home with a little extra attention. They were flexible with our schedule and accommodating for a late pick up one day. I will definitely use them again- true animal lovers that treat your dog like their own!”

Because they deserve a vacation, too. I’m a home maker taking care of my two kids going to school. I see dogs as my way to happiness while I’m at home alone. Most of my house chores are done by the time kids leave to school and I would like to spend time on something I’m passionate about and hence I choose pet sitting. I myself have a GSD who is 6 years old and very pet friendly. He loves to make new friends and he is neutered.😉 I have a temperature controlled garage completely converted to a dog play area to provide a spacious and fenced zone. In addition we have front yard and backyard for occasional outdoor plays. I take dogs for a dog walk every 4 hrs and if owners prefer, I will take them to a dog park daily. I provide attention, love and care by ensuring proper nutrition, daily exercise, and regular grooming to keep them happy and secure.
About: I love all animals with all my heart and would love nothing more than to pet sit for your beloved furbabies. I’ll play with them, feed and care for them, be present with them and keep you updated because I know how it is to be a pet parent away from my pets! I’m currently transitioning from a remote job schedule to a hybrid schedule, so am available a couple days a week during the day and most evenings / weekends. I am happy to watch your pets at your home, including overnight, or at mine (the latter depending on breed and personality, as I do have two cats at home, but have a dedicated guest room for pets).
“Julie was the absolute best! She was able to accommodate our travel schedule with no problem and gave Ziggy a very fun afternoon. We definitely recommend her for any pet stays!”

“Alexandra was great! I was nervous about Molly, but Alexandra reassured me that she was a good girl during her stay. Highly recommend booking with her, and she sends the cutest pics of your pup! :)”

Laurel Park dog parents share their Rover experiences
This was my second time using the Rover app, and Kayla and her husband were wonderful to work with. Communication was prompt and professional, and Kayla provided frequent photo updates throughout Willow’s short stay, which I truly appreciated. The next time I’m in the Richmond area, I would absolutely book with her again.

We are out of towners who needed doggie care while attending a memorial service in the area. Ciara took very good care of our two dogs who were instantly comfortable with both Ciara and her sweet dog, Charlie. Her home and backyard were extremely orderly while the feeling for the dogs was warm and relaxed. Even though the stay was only 3 hours, she still sent photos and a video of our pups having a great time. I would definitely use Ciara's services again in the future.
