About: Recently moved to RVA. I've taken care of cats all my life and dogs from time to time. From back when I was a teen at home with our family cat to ones of my own I've been caring for cats all my life. I have a deep understanding of cat body language, respecting their boundaries, and providing the attention and care they need. I work from home as a software developer and am looking for something to break up my day between calls and project tasks. Being a remote worker means I don't get much excitement day to day. I live in my own home with plenty of space for walks, trails nearby for exploring, and an open and clean home for time away from the sun.

I had a French bulldog for 7 years and he had multiple health challenges from spinal surgeries to environmental and food allergies. You name it, he had it so I am well versed in pets with medication management needs or ones that have restrictions and I understand the importance of following these important guidelines. I’ve had to administer oxygen, shots and find unique ways to get the most stubborn doggie to take his meds so your dog is in good hands if they have any medical challenges. I’m at home during the day so I have the ability to play and love on your special baby frequently. I lost my soul dog, my frenchie in December 2024 and have so much love to give. I would be honored to share my heart with your family member. I have a fenced in back yard where your doggies can play and there are no other dogs or kids in the household. I also love to take them on walks in the neighborhood, if they like walks. They would get extra special attention and may come home a little more spoiled. I also love hanging out with your pets on the sofa and sleeping with them in the bed but if there is a specific routine you want me to follow, I will follow your instructions to a tee.

About: I love all animals with all my heart and would love nothing more than to pet sit for your beloved furbabies. I’ll play with them, feed and care for them, be present with them and keep you updated because I know how it is to be a pet parent away from my pets! I’m currently transitioning from a remote job schedule to a hybrid schedule, so am available a couple days a week during the day and most evenings / weekends. I am happy to watch your pets at your home, including overnight, or at mine (the latter depending on breed and personality, as I do have two cats at home, but have a dedicated guest room for pets).

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was little and have always been the designated pet-sitter in my neighborhood. I have watched puppies as well as elderly dogs, and am equipped to take care of their individual needs and routines! I am currently working part time and have a very flexible and open schedule. I have an active lifestyle and prefer to take multiple walks per day and will happily bring some furry company along! I also wake up early so I can make sure your pets are fed and taken care of within their normal routines. I have my own car that I am able to take over to clients’ homes to watch their pets at any times. And my own backyard is fenced and ready for boarding dogs. I have a small dachshund/yorkie mix that is very social and two sweet black cats that love company as well.

As I grew up, I became passionate about providing the same love and care for doggos that they had given me my whole life. I have spent years volunteering at the local Humane Society. I especially loved being both a dog walker and a canine companion because I got to build a trusting relationship with every single dog I met.
