My dog is stubborn and will definitely let me know if she doesn’t like someone, so it was a relief to know she was spending her day having a good time. I got photos and updates throughout the day, and Jasmine responded quickly whenever I messaged her. I appreciated the flexibility with coordinating drop off/pick up times. Didn’t use her home pick up services, but it’s a nice option to consider. My dog had an awesome experience, and it was wayyyy better for her to be making friends and having fun than staying at home and waiting for me to come back. Highly recommend!!”

About: Hi, I'm Emily! I've been drawn to animals of all kinds since I was a kid! I grew up taking care of both cats and dogs, and have had a dog of my own since 2021. I'm well-versed in animal care; in addition to the basics (walks, feeding, play), I'm familiar with many common needs, like medication administration, training/behavioral reinforcement, and gland expression. I have a flexible schedule and typically respond to requests within a few hours. I'm able to spend a lot of my time at home; usually when I'm out of the apartment, it's for no more than about four hours or so at a time. My standard schedule is to provide three walks a day (morning, midday, evening) plus a quick potty break before bedtime, but I can adjust that up or down depending on your dog's needs. Dogs staying with me can expect lots of pets, cuddles, and playtime. I do allow pets on my furniture and bed, but if that's a behavior you're trying to limit, I can take that into account while your pet is staying here. At all times, and especially when outside, the safety of your pet is paramount to me. During walks, I actively monitor for dangerous situations/behaviors, like encounters with unfamiliar dogs or trying to eat things they shouldn't. Please feel free to share anything about your pet that I should take into account while they're in my care.

About: I have a large variety of experience with dogs, cats, and animals of all kinds. I have had a myriad of pet-sitting jobs—for friends, family, and strangers! I also worked as a Veterinary Assistant for years when was younger, so I can work with dogs and cats of all mannerisms and at all stages of their lives. I am completely comfortable medicating or attending to any special needs. I work remotely so I will be home to give your pet all the attention they may need any day of the week. Pet care fits very easily in my routine since I have 2 of my own! I live in a townhome and have a small fenced in yard that is good for potty breaks and some outdoor chilling, but there are also plenty of areas around me to walk the dogs. I have a 5-year-old 65 lb mixed breed dog named Baloo and a floofy orange cat named Bennett, so any dogs staying with me would need to be dog/cat friendly (or at least tolerating). If I come into your home, I am respectful of your space and able to follow instructions well.

About: I have taken care of multiple 8 week old pups & 8+ y/o ones as well. I would say I am trained all over the pup spectrum. My jobs are flexible & I normally can be available Monday-Sunday for all your pet needs! So taking care of your pets will not be a problem. In my home, I ensure a safe, clean, and pet-friendly environment with plenty of space for play and relaxation with the help of 3 dogs who I share a home with. I follow the pet owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, & any specific care instructions. In the client’s home, I maintain their pet’s usual routine to minimize stress. I keep the home tidy & communicate regularly with updates & photos to give peace of mind. About: I have owned dogs for the past 14 years, but have lived with and cared for them my entire life. I have reared a litter of puppies, raised several puppies to adulthood myself, and taken care of senior dogs up to the end of life. I have lived with dogs raising from 10 to 70lbs, and have fostered several dogs, including several with medication requirements and mobility issues. I enjoy casual dog training for fun, particularly with the use of hand signals, and hope to pursue certification one day. I work childcare in a family residence part time for a few hours a few days a week. I have had plenty of time and energy to take in fosters and care for friends' pets, and have someone at home to care for my own pets should I be needed for overnight care. My own pets have been well-trained (including professionally, in the case of my dog) and are very well-loved. Their happiness and health are some of my biggest priorities in life, and I will always extend this to other animals as well. I prefer to keep to any schedule they may be used to, to give them their space when needed, while still giving them all the attention and love they could want when they need it. Consistently administering medications for animals who need them is incredibly important to me, as is appropriate feeding.
