About: I have taken care of pets my whole life. I am the person that always walks other people's dogs since they don't have the time for it. The well-being of pets, even those I don't own, is always something that I pay close attention to. I have taken care of my pregnant dog twice, helping her deliver and tending to newborn puppies. I have also taken care of sick dogs and dogs who recently had surgery, all of which was very demanding. I also rescued a cat from the street which currently lives with me. Right now I am in between jobs so I'm very free, which is why I'm very flexible and taking care of your pets will be my priority. There might be an occasional weekend once a month where I might be busy but that would the only conflicting issue. The rest of the time I will be very flexible and work with your needs. My home is mostly suitable for cats or small dogs that live indoors. It's a small one bedroom so it doesn't have a lot of space for boarding. For a cat, my house has cat trees, litter box, plenty of toys and everything they might need. I do have a cat, if your pet does good with other pets. I like to keep things clean.

About: With three cattle dog pups of my own, I’m no stranger to high energy days, big personalities, and the occasional case of the zoomies! I’ve cared for my dogs for over four years and have even become an honorary godparent to many of my friends’ pets. I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Over the years, pet care has become a natural part of my daily routine. I’m used to making time for walks, meals, playtime, and plenty of cuddles throughout the day and now have the flexibility in my schedule to do a whole lot more! About: I’ve grown up with having a variety of pets. I currently have a dog and two cats and recently a gecko. I have house experience house/pet sitting for about a year now. I’m a college student home for the summer, so I am available most of the time. I am open to housesitting over weekends. I can make as many visits as your pet needs. “When I first started looking for a dog walker I messaged 4 people on the Rover app, we were out of town and delayed a day from coming home. So this was the last minute need help with her dog situation. Sasha was the only person that was available. 2 were unavailable which we understood and one did not get back to us. Sasha was on time, and came in as a new person to our blue nose pitbull, our cameras showed us how kind and caring Sasha was to our dog. She took a moment to let Ryder get to know her instead of rushing out to just get him walked. She talked to him kindly and made him feel comfortable with a new person in his house and getting ready to walk him. They had a great walk. She responded to us right away and even took a little extra time to make sure that he got the walk he needed which we really appreciated. I would definitely pick her again to help us out in the future and i'm very thankful, she was available. Thanks Sasha! This was our first using the Rover app and it is much better easiest and cheaper than the Wag dog walker app. I was much happier with Rover.”

About: Hi! I've had my cat Olive for 11 years and my dog Bel for 3 years. I have also taken care of close to 70 foster animals mostly kittens, with a few medical fosters, and behavioral issues along the way. I have taken courses on behavioral training for dogs as my own dog is reactive towards dogs, so I am very familiar with dog reactivity. I currently run a small 1 man business from my home and have control over my schedule to provide care to other animals regularly. I also foster other animals from time to time. My own dog is reactive and high energy and needs 3 walks a day usually with a lot of play. My cat is a large maincoon that requires a strict diet and care regimen to keep her pre-diabetes in check.

About: Growing up I’ve always had dogs in my family. However now that I’m an out-of-state student, I’ve been feeling homesick and it especially doesn’t help that I’m not around any dog love anymore. I heard about Rover through a friend and felt that this would help me with what I’ve been feeling. About: I am a recent graduate from Colorado State University majoring in Animal Sciences and minoring in Zoology. About: I have experience taking care of boarding dogs and cats at an animal hospital. I worked for them for a little over a year and have gotten lots of experience with dogs and cats. I used to raise puppies and train them how to sit and have manners for about two years with my parent. I have dog sitting experience and house sitting experience. I also want to note that I am a full time college student, my schedule is below for more information. Just keep scrolling and you will see “schedule” section. Thank you :) I am currently going to school at the UofA full time during the weekdays (my class schedule is listed below keep reading) and would be available most days to come and play with the animals for 30 minutes to an hour in the afternoons and overnight sitting. And on weekends I would be free to play with and walk the animals as needed. Class schedule: Mon 1pm-2pm Tue 9:30am-1pm then 3pm-5pm Wed 9am-2pm then 4pm-5pm Thur 9:30am-4pm Fri 1pm-2pm I do also have a job at the animal shelter for part time. That work schedule will vary but will be no more the 4-6 hours a day. Likely to be on the weekends to avoid conflict with school :) For my personal home, I will not be able to board any pets. Although I am very safe and responsible. My person pet uses a crate just for her safety when I am gone. I am good with crate training as needed for your pets as well. I make sure I clean up after every day and leave the house as clean as I can before you arrive back home to your happy animals!
