About: Hi! I've had my cat Olive for 11 years and my dog Bel for 3 years. I have also taken care of close to 70 foster animals mostly kittens, with a few medical fosters, and behavioral issues along the way. I have taken courses on behavioral training for dogs as my own dog is reactive towards dogs, so I am very familiar with dog reactivity. I currently run a small 1 man business from my home and have control over my schedule to provide care to other animals regularly. I also foster other animals from time to time. My own dog is reactive and high energy and needs 3 walks a day usually with a lot of play. My cat is a large maincoon that requires a strict diet and care regimen to keep her pre-diabetes in check.

About: I have experience taking care of boarding dogs and cats at an animal hospital. I worked for them for a little over a year and have gotten lots of experience with dogs and cats. I used to raise puppies and train them how to sit and have manners for about two years with my parent. I have dog sitting experience and house sitting experience. I also want to note that I am a full time college student, my schedule is below for more information. Just keep scrolling and you will see “schedule” section. Thank you :) I am currently going to school at the UofA full time during the weekdays (my class schedule is listed below keep reading) and would be available most days to come and play with the animals for 30 minutes to an hour in the afternoons and overnight sitting. And on weekends I would be free to play with and walk the animals as needed. Class schedule: Mon 1pm-2pm Tue 9:30am-1pm then 3pm-5pm Wed 9am-2pm then 4pm-5pm Thur 9:30am-4pm Fri 1pm-2pm I do also have a job at the animal shelter for part time. That work schedule will vary but will be no more the 4-6 hours a day. Likely to be on the weekends to avoid conflict with school :) For my personal home, I will not be able to board any pets. Although I am very safe and responsible. My person pet uses a crate just for her safety when I am gone. I am good with crate training as needed for your pets as well. I make sure I clean up after every day and leave the house as clean as I can before you arrive back home to your happy animals!

About: I grew up with dogs of all kinds as well as cats my whole life and have done dog walking for the past 5 years and dog sitting for the past 4. I’m now a student who misses hanging out and going on long walks with her dog and would love to hang with your fur baby! I’m currently a student at the U of A and take my classes online so I have a super flexible schedule during the days and even on weekends! About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was little. We had some family friends that always brought their dogs over and I took care of them. I knew a lot of people that traveled for work were just traveled in general and I would either have their dog at my house or I would go over there and I would take care of their dogs. I’m currently going to only be doing mornings from 7 AM to 1 PM this will be for Monday thru Friday. This would be a perfect time frame, I’m a mother and had to work around that schedule. I have a fence. I have a pitbull that is not a normal pitbull. He is very sweet very loving and very caring. He’s 8 years old and loves to climb 10 foot fences, and loves lizards and squirrel. I always make sure to take my dog on rides and get him his own little pup cup! ❤️

About: I've had dogs growing up and have had cats as an adult. I am attentive and caring and knowledgeable about animal care for cats and dogs. I am self-employed and work from home. I wake up early and like to walk in the morning when it's cool outside. I prefer to walk with a dog in the morning. I have a very large fenced yard with very few weeds. I clean up animal waste regularly and keep the yard free of debris and dangerous items.

About: I am currently an Animal Science major. I have 3 rabbits, two dogs and three cats back at home. I love working with animals so much that I hope to make a living doing so. About: My whole life has been around animals including 2-3 dogs in my household, caring for a guinea pig, and loving on my friends’ cats. We raised several dogs from 6 week old puppies to their senior years. Since moving out on my own I have had the opportunity to dog sit for all ages of pups. About: I’ve taken care of dogs from all ages since I was 14! I love to find new trails, parks, and of course local coffee shops that give out the best pup cups. I will treat your pet like they are my own. I’m currently working part time so I will have plenty of time to care for your pets. The days I work during the week are variable but I also can request to not work days that you’d want your pet with me if given enough notice. I can accept your pets on the weekend as well. I have plenty of space for your dog in my house. I do have a large crate if needed. It’s currently just me and my husband who live here. I don’t have any other pets at the moment. I can easily take your dog(s) on walks in the neighborhood or drive to a nearby park. We have a nice fenced backyard space so your pets can roam outside as well.

In addition to having my own pets, I've taken care of many of my friend's and family's pets while they were away, and have learned a lot about animal behaviors from volunteering for the Humane Society. I have a lot of flexibility in my daily routine. I can schedule work hours around pet care responsibilities, so I'm available to check-in on, or walk, your pet on short notice, as well as take care of your pet while you're away. I believe that the best way to lessen a pet's stress when their person isn't available is to keep their routine as close to normal as possible. Whether this means regularly scheduled walks or potty break/feeding times or spending time with them in the evenings, I would be happy to help your pet when circumstances arise that take you away from your home and pet.
