About: During the past nine years, I've generally taken care of small pets, but I also have experience with medium/large-sized dogs. Also, I've fostered a lot of cats and kittens and placed them in loving homes. I do work full-time at a retail store, but I'll do my best to meet your pet(s) needs. As a pet owner myself, I always check to make sure your pet(s) and mine are healthy and ready to face the day :) I have a cozy fenced yard and two little dogs to keep your pup company. Additionally, I provide a medium crate for your dog(s) if required.

About: I have been a dog mom since 2010; currently have 2 female pups 4 & 6 years old. I have been to (and passed) multiple obedience classes with both. Having raised each of them since 3 months old I have plenty of experience with young puppies (potty training, chewing etc). Also had a senior dog who developed seizures late in life and needed plenty of extra love and care. Experienced with administering oral medication to dogs. I am currently working from home, with lots of flexibility in time and would love to spend time with the neighborhood dogs (or cats). I am available during week or weekends to stop by to care for your pets, whether that be potty/play time or a lovely morning/afternoon walk. I promise to treat your home and pet with the same respect as I treat mine. I have an escape artist dog so I understand the importance of checking doors, gates etc. Making sure leashes are on properly and ensuring pets are always safe is a high priority of mine. I know how important it is to have your pets taken care of well when you’re not around and I promise to do just that.

About: I am a friend to all dogs and cats! I have had pets all my life and love taking care of fur babies. I work from home and am always available for a drop in, daycare, and especially a home for the holidays. I have a friendly small dog and aloof cat in my home . My home has a fenced in yard with plenty of grass for potty breaks. I am also experienced with giving medicine in case your little one has any conditions which require said service. Whether it's going for a long walk around the neighborhood or taking a trip to the dog park, I promise your pets will be happy and safe with me! I work from home as I mentioned so I am available for all of my services anytime. I take my work phone with me so if I need to stop by during business hours, it is perfectly fine! I care for every animal by giving them love and attention. I am the kind of person who enjoys spending time with animals so whether they’re in my home or I go to your home I always enjoy spending quality time with them and making sure they know they are safe and well cared for.

About: My whole life I've been surrounded by pets. I was born into a house with a bird and 2 dogs, but once I turned 5 I had convinced my mother to bring home a cat from the grocery store after absolutely falling in love. Years down the line I moved and eventually had 4 dogs that I walked, played with, fed, bathed and mostly took care of myself. With time I moved in with my brother to help him take care of his house with 11 guinea pigs, 3 cats, and a leopard gecko! Once I turned 18 I was finally able to adopt my own cat, and since then I have adopted another one and who brings me so much joy. I love all animals and will take care of yours like my own! I am free everyday, weekdays and weekends! I am willing to change my schedule around to fit your needs as Rover is my main focus at the moment! Safety is always my number one priority. I do my best to keep my eyes on pets at all times to make sure they're not doing something they're not supposed to or getting into things they aren't supposed to. For walks I will never just lazily hold onto the leash, instead I'll be prepared like they can run off in any second. When I feed pets I watch them to make sure they don't eat too fast and throw up, and try to encourage them to drink water as well as check to see if they need to go to the bathroom when they're done. If I'm watching a pet and they show any sign of distress it's of immediate concern to me and I will be contacting the parents, as well as a vet if needed. If you entrust me to take care of your pet I will ensure they receive the best care possible until their favorite people get home! :)

About: Ive worked with German Shepards and chihuahuas i also take care of a German shepherd/coyote mix so im more than prepared to take care of any pet. I watch 3 dogs daily all different sizes so im able to watch all kinds of animals at anytime as long as im not in school. Ive taken care of and trained animals that have been crate trained and non crate trained for over a decade. I am more than suited to handle any and all kinds of animals with all behaviors.

About: I have been dog and cat walking and sitting since the age of 11. Sometimes as my full time job and sometimes as a way to make some extra cash. I absolutely love all fur babies of every size, breed, and age! I am not assuaged by the more aggressive and/or larger dog breeds. I have experience caring for pitbulls, boxers, huskies, golden retrievers, labradors, collies, and hounds, as well as various smaller breeds. I have pet sat for both dogs and cats from ages 2-months to super seniors! I love them all! I am not currently a pet mom to any cats or dogs, but I have been in the past and my partner and I are the pet parents to a feisty bearded dragon, one adorable turtle, two silly toads, one lazy pac-man frog, one chill beta fish, and a tank of four high-energy salt-water fish! 😊 We recently laid to rest Pixie our hamster, Lucy our ferret, and Anthony our saltwater eel. Lucy and Anthony were in our lives for 7+ years 😢 I will treat all of your fur babies like they are my own! I originally signed up on Rover as a way to make ends meet while putting myself through Nursing school; and although I have since accepted a job as a full-time nurse, I decided to continue Rover on the side. I also regularly volunteer at Memorial Medical Center as an Auxillain. Aside from these two commitments my schedule is pretty open. I unlisted myself from house sitting; however, I may be able to house sit for you in 3 to 4-day stretches, so if this is all you need please reach out to me. Unfortunately, I cannot house any pets in my home either overnight or during the day due to restrictions set forth by my apartment complex; however, I am free to pet sit overnight or during the day in your home (in 3 to 4-day stretches). I have found this is normally less jarring for your fur babies anyway. I am also free to dog/cat walk either on a regular basis or sporadically. The needs of your pet will be taken into account on an individual basis. If you have a question about my experience or ability to perform a specific aspect of your pets care, please just ask. *I am willing to negotiate rates*

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs most of my life. I’ve been trusted by neighbors, families, and friends to take care of their furbabies while they’ve been out of town. I trained my husky when she was a puppy, and trained my shepherd/husky mix after rescuing her from the shelter. I’m currently unemployed, so my schedule is very open! Whether you need me to stay at your house or just drop in to let your furbabies out, I’ll be available. I’ll make sure to keep your furbabies on whatever schedule they’re used to. About: Since I was in middle school, I was chosen as the neighborhood petsitter due to my responsible nature and love for animals. To be trusted with the care of a loved pet is the most honorable position I can think of and one that I hope to continue here in New Mexico. To keep an animal happy when their owner is away is something I pride myself in. I also have experience in dosing medicine for multiple types of animals. I'm a graduate student and TA at NMSU with flexible class schedules where I would be able to attend to the daily needs of the client's pets. About: About this sitter: Hello! My name is Jane and I am 29 years old. I am a recent transplant to Las Cruces, coming from Portland, OR where I lived for seven years after graduating from Lewis & Clark College in 2013. I just acquired a part time job at Mountain View Co-op here in Las Cruces, and am looking to supplement my income by spending some time with new furry friends. I am a huge animal lover, and have been since I was a kid. Growing up in San Francisco an only child, I spent much of my youth caring for and interacting with my three dogs, four parrots, and some fish. I also cat sat for my neighbors. Throughout college in Portland, I was very active on Rover.com, and I worked at Virginia Woof Dog Daycare. I have years of experience dog walking and house sitting. I also love cats, birds, reptiles, horses, farm animals, you name it. When it comes to dogs specifically, I believe that I have a knack for becoming an anxious stranger dog's new best friend.
