“Emily did a fantastic job of taking care of our cat Tiger. This is the second time we have used Emily and we are both very pleased with her care of Tiger. Tiger warmed up to her and let her pet her after a few days. Emily followed our instructions that we gave her for Tiger's feeding, treats and crushed ice chips. Emily vacuumed or swept up the litter that Tiger tracks throughput the house. She even went above and beyond, she brought in a package at our door and even went to check our mailbox, because a medication said it was delivered to our box and it couldn't be out in the heat, even though we had a hold on our mail. I will definitely recommend Emily to anyone and we will be using her from now on when we need a pet sitter.”

About: I've had experience taking care of dogs since I was 14. I've been relied on by several people I know to care for their pets and house sit for them while they're away and there have never been any hiccups! More recently I have also gained cat care experience! I am currently in my first year of graduate school and trying to make some money to help get me through! My weekdays are fairly busy but weekends are almost always free to hangout and take of all furry friends! I would be very accommodating to any pets needs and be very sure they stick to their schedule while being loved on. Michelle was amazing and accommodating, went to my home after maintenence unlocked my place, cleaned up the mess my stressed out old man kitty made in a tub because he was alone for 4 days. Took care of him and the other 3 at the last minute for a week so I didn't have to leave my job (loose my job) and fly home. I was the most stressed out I'd been in years! About: I have house sat dogs and cats as a job for about 4 years. I have my own dogs as well. I’ve taken care of big and little dogs, puppies, dogs that need medications and shots, and older cats. About: i’ve taken care of pets my whole life, i’ve also trained a few pups in my life so i believe i could also train yours! Pet care fits really naturally into my routine, and I’m able to spend plenty of time feeding, walking, playing with, and keeping pets company throughout the day. I’m available most weekdays and weekends, so I can easily work around different pets’ needs and routines. I care for pets by providing a safe and comfortable environment. i would like to optimize the pets comfort even if it’s over my own. I plan to go above and beyond since i know how important and scary it can be to let a stranger care for your loved one. About: I believe dogs and cats are vital to a household, especially in mine. I also have have experience working in a veterinary clinic in addition to having my own fur babies at home. Samantha was the best! She took pictures and left us updates, took our dog for walks and even went out of her way to change the water in the betta tank when it got too cloudy. Janet was amazing. She did twice-daily drop-in visits and made sure my cat got her medication and supplements at the right times. More than that, though, she was great with with my cat, figured out her habits, and accommodated her whims. I was gone for ten days, and they developed their own routine. Janet sent lots of photos, so I knew my cat was doing well. I highly recommend her and will have her look after Tacy again in the future.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
