Michelle was amazing and accommodating, went to my home after maintenence unlocked my place, cleaned up the mess my stressed out old man kitty made in a tub because he was alone for 4 days. Took care of him and the other 3 at the last minute for a week so I didn't have to leave my job (loose my job) and fly home. I was the most stressed out I'd been in years! Savannah took care of our 4 dogs while we were gone on vacation. She kept us informed and sent many pictures. Savannah displays a love for animals and our dogs really like her. Our scared yorkie even warmed up to her and that is a real accomplishment. We will definitely book her in the future.
My little kitty loved Kellie, which is a win! Kellie was great. She watched my cat for two weeks and made sure her water and food were filled. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
