They sent lots of photos to keep me updated, which was nice. Of course due to the time difference, the updates would come in at around 2 am where I was, so I wasn't really awake enough to reply, but it was reassuring, especially when I was having trouble sleeping. About: I've had experience taking care of dogs since I was 14. I've been relied on by several people I know to care for their pets and house sit for them while they're away and there have never been any hiccups! More recently I have also gained cat care experience! I am currently in my first year of graduate school and trying to make some money to help get me through! My weekdays are fairly busy but weekends are almost always free to hangout and take of all furry friends! I would be very accommodating to any pets needs and be very sure they stick to their schedule while being loved on. I will be more than happy to abide by any home rules and ensure everything is taken care of!
About: I believe dogs and cats are vital to a household, especially in mine. I also have have experience working in a veterinary clinic in addition to having my own fur babies at home. Michelle was amazing and accommodating, went to my home after maintenence unlocked my place, cleaned up the mess my stressed out old man kitty made in a tub because he was alone for 4 days. Took care of him and the other 3 at the last minute for a week so I didn't have to leave my job (loose my job) and fly home. I was the most stressed out I'd been in years! Jennifer did an excellent job of caring for my super skittish kitties. She was even able eventually to coax one of them out of the bathtub where they perpetually hid. She was kind enough to vacuum up the litter so that I didn't come home to a house full of litter scattered everywhere and when my flight was cancelled she was able to step in an extra day without hesitation. I'd strongly recommend her to care for your kitties. She genuinely seems to care about their well being which is invaluable when you are away.
We were excited to find Pam and Kat through Rover. We knew as soon as we met them that our cats would be in good hands. Pam and Kat took care of our cat while we were out of town for 4 nights. It was our first time leaving our cat completely alone in our house--our other cat recently passed away--and we were very nervous about how he might behave. Jasmine was THE BEST! We came back to a very happy and healthy cat. The daily comments and pictures were one of the highlights of our days. Of course we were worried about our boy but after a few days our worry became less and less. She even took care of the ants that kept discovering his bowls. We Highly recommend her. Janet was amazing. She did twice-daily drop-in visits and made sure my cat got her medication and supplements at the right times. More than that, though, she was great with with my cat, figured out her habits, and accommodated her whims. I was gone for ten days, and they developed their own routine. Janet sent lots of photos, so I knew my cat was doing well. I highly recommend her and will have her look after Tacy again in the future.
My little kitty loved Kellie, which is a win! Kellie was great. She watched my cat for two weeks and made sure her water and food were filled. She also made sure the litter was cleaned every other day, which is more than what I usually do. She also watered my plants and took the trash out for me! My little fur baby definitely got some loving while I was away.
