Then I will also play with your cat as to make sure it gets its energy out, and even offer supervised outside time desired.

He came really quickly to meet us and Sasha (our dog), and even came an extra day. He sent us tons of pictures and videos and updates, and was so so sweet. My kids basically harassed him while he met our dog but he was super sweet to them too! We also rushed out of the house so fast we didn’t get to do all the cleaning (dishes etc.) you normally do before a trip, but we came home to the dishes done, stove cleaned off, trash taken out- honestly it was so sweet and we cannot thank him enough! 100% will contact again anytime we need our doggo watched.”

Ren was absolutely wonderful, and I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. They stayed with my pets (a dog and a cat) for four nights and five days and from the moment I left, I felt completely at ease. They kept me updated every single day with thoughtful messages and lots of photos, which gave me so much reassurance and allowed me to truly relax and enjoy my time away. My dog was well cared for with regular walks and frequent potty breaks, and it was obvious both of my pets received so much attention, affection and playtime. One of the sweetest surprises was that Ren even crocheted little homemade toys for my cat! It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed just how much they genuinely care about animals. When I returned home, my house was absolutely immaculate. Ren took wonderful care of everything, and it was clear they treated my home and my pets with the utmost respect. Levi did a great job of caring for our 2 dogs and 4 cats. We were away for 5 1/2 weeks — a long time for someone new to our household to manage. He paid attention to their many unique quirks, attending to issues that periodically came up. He sent photos regularly, and messages on their status. One of our cats has always had digestive problems and Levi worked hard with him to help improve his condition. We have a large yard so he didn't have to take them for walks, but he did have to clean up their messes. He won over our newest rescue who followed him around everywhere, and went outside with them even through that wasn't necessary. Our house was in good shape when we returned and we hope to have him sit for us on our next vacation.
Bethany is amazing! She sent photos and updates and even the pups that don't do well with strangers took to her; and to be honest, I trust the dogs instincts over my own! :) Despite getting ER sick while here, she made sure everything was done before taking herself to the hospital! To me, putting yourself aside to care for someone else's pups is just above and beyond! We will definitely be booking again!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
