About: Hi there! I’m Heather, and I’m a cat lady. My cats have allowed me to join this app. They are used to me coming home smelling like other animals. GASP! I used to be extremely anxious when I would have to leave my cats overnight, when I traveled for work or was going on vacation. Then a few people recommended the Rover app to me, and I found an amazing cat sitter. I still miss my feline overlords when I am away now, but I don’t worry as much about how they are doing or what they are getting in to. I want to do the same for you. Go on your trip knowing that your best fur friends are in good hands! I have always had cats in my life, and I can’t imagine how dull my life would be without them. I am always looking to make new fur friends, so I would love to meet your pets. I currently have 3 cats of my own, but occasionally have more. They just seem to find me, and I never turn away an animal in need. I have also done some pet rescue work and help to maintain two feral cat colonies near my home. Have cats with medical needs? No problem! I am a registered nurse (for humans), and adopt cats who have been abandoned or surrendered because of medical issues. I believe every soul deserves love and to feel safe, despite what their medical issues might be. I have had cats with diabetes who needed insulin, kidney disease and needed sub-q IV fluids, kitty dementia, deafness, IBD, mega colon, FIV, hemophilia, and the worst of all…major catitude! I am comfortable giving medications, insulin, and whatever else your furry friend might need. I am also not afraid of “mean” kitties or “hissy” kitties. I just meet them where they are, and do my best to convince them that I just want to be friends. I am also comfortable administering medications/treatments to dogs, I just have more experience with cats. I work nightshift and have a different schedule every week, but I would (and have) go without sleep to make sure all the kitties in my care get what they need and have fun while their parents are away. I do have my own car and of course would take your cat to their veterinarian if the need ever arises.

About: Pets of all kinds have been an integral part of my whole life. I enjoy taking care of them and the joy that return to me! Outside of pet care I’m a freelancer so my schedule is fluid but available! I can be available times many other sitters/walkers are not available! I’m available for morning visits Sunday through Thursday before 2:30 PM, and I’m completely free all day Friday and Saturday. About: I am available to look after your are pets whether young or elderly, big or small. I live in a perfectly sized house with a fenced in garden. I am home 3 days a week and otherwise in the office. I am great with long weekends away to care for your pup. I have a small low energy dog at home and she is happy to meet guest dogs. I don't board masses of dogs either, I believe in focusing on just one guest pup at a time. I am happy to walk, play, socialize and even teach and train your pup. I love being with dogs and have been sitting for over 10 years caring for all types of animals, some with medical needs. I think it's important to build a relationship with the animal whenever possible. I am good at listening and understanding my clients' needs and value strong customer service and communication. I look forward to connecting with you about your fur babies. I mostly work from home and can give potty breaks every 4 to 6 hours. I am in the office a couple days a week. I only board one family at a time. I have a small dog who mostly stays upstairs. Your pet will have the down stairs and easy access to the fenced in yard.

About: I grew up with a large yellow lab and now care for my maltipoo who I have had since he was a small puppy. Dogs are my favorite animals. Since I work remotely, I’m frequently home and live with my own dog. I also tend to be in a 5 mile radius of my home. About: I've been taking care of many different types of animals ever since I can remember. Some of the types of animals that I have experience taking care of are dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, and hermit crabs. I trained two large golden doodles when I was around 8-9 years old, and neighbors and friends often relied on me to walk, bathe, and feed their pets. I currently have an orange tabby named Auggie, a Blue Tongued Skink named Rogu, and a leopard gecko named Reggie. Although I do not have one at the moment, I am particularly experienced in caring for dogs of all temperaments and sizes. I have open availability and can work around your schedule for arranging walks. I can accommodate your needs, whether it’s during the week or on weekends. I also drive which makes it easy for me to get to you! Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I understand how important it is to feel secure about the person who is caring for your pets as they are like children to us. I always follow instructions meticulously and ensure that your pet feels safe and can trust the person that is taking care of them. About: Hello! We have a huge fenced-in yard for dogs to run around and get their energy out (and for frequent potty breaks). Medium to large dogs that are good with kids are optimal! I’m a nurse practitioner working mostly from home. No pets currently. Since we don't currently have any pets, we can give our full attention to your pet, warning: they may be spoiled!! I work part time and have flexibility with my schedule. I have a large fenced-in yard for playing and am happy to crate the dog if he/she is more comfortable with that overnight. Cats have free reign and can be kept inside if they are the escapable type.

About: Growing up I had experience owning and caring for dogs and cats. I always fed, walked and played with my past dogs to build a friendly connection and gain their trust. Everytime I encounter stray cats, I usually feed them to show I’m no threat and try to give them affection. I currently work 2pm - 10pm Wednesday through Saturday and Sunday 11am-7:30pm but I’m free Mondays and Tuesdays. I’m always willing to walk dogs in the mornings before I go to work and anytime on my off days. I will always keep a separate space for pets if other pets were around who do not get along with pets. Pets safety and well being is my top priority.
