I was a bit nervous about leaving her while I went out of town for my 50th high school reunion, but Melissa and Dan put me at ease right away. From the start, my plan was to have Leia stay with them for two nights, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. They have a lovely fenced yard and several dogs of their own, which created the perfect environment for Leia to safely and gradually get used to being around other dogs. Dan works from home, so I knew she was getting plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. They kept me updated with several photos and messages showing how Leia was doing, which I really appreciated. It was clear that she was settling in well and getting comfortable in their home and with their dogs. When I picked her up, she was happy, relaxed, and seemed to have genuinely enjoyed her little “vacation.” I highly recommend Melissa and Dan for dog sitting. About: We treat pets like part of the family, not just a quick drop-in. One thing that really sets us apart is the environment we can offer — we have a fully fenced 1-acre backyard where dogs can safely run, play, and get plenty of exercise and attention. My boyfriend and I are both huge animal lovers, and while we both work, I have flexibility with telework and half days, which allows for more supervision and time with your pet throughout the day. We’re also home on weekends, so pets will not be left alone for long periods. We currently do not have any pets of our own, which can be especially helpful for dogs who prefer a calmer environment or are not comfortable around other animals. We’re patient, dependable, and attentive to each pet’s personality and routine. Pet care fits easily into our routine because we genuinely love having animals around. I have flexibility with telework and half days, which allows for regular potty breaks, playtime, and supervision throughout the day. We’re also home most weekends and have a fully fenced 1-acre yard where dogs can safely run and play. Your pet’s safety and comfort always come first. In our home, pets are treated like family and kept in a calm, clean, and supervised environment. Yuliia was kind, caring to my dog and to me as well! We had an emergency the day we were supposed to pick our dog up which meant with very short notice we couldn't get her at the planned time. Holly was wonderful!! Sammie had a great stay with Holly and her family. I was worried about her bc we’ve never left her before but my fears were put to rest when Holly would update me each day. I was afraid that Sammie might want to stay and not come home, but in the end, she missed us a lot.

Usually our trips are well planned in advance but this last time we had to board Jasper when we had to go out with family on an unplanned trip. Jenny was able to take on Jasper on very short notice.
