Most important things that I need to know about your Dog, Please write ✍️ down the answers in order and send me via Text message: 1) Has your Dog ever been Boarded before?!.. with strangers, How was the experience⁉️Was he crying/missing you a lot? & so on..2) Where & HOW He sleeps? at Night?! In What exact manner?☝️very important; please describe in details his or her behavior at night, Is he/she usually Calm, or tends to be restless & wonder around, & so on.. Does he/she takes Naps? ?! Do they slow down during a day?! it’s very important for Me? that they are able to Calm down & rest, at some or any time of the day; 3rd) Is he/she Friendly towards other Dogs, how does your dog interacts with them, elaborate pls.? 4) Is he/she Food aggressive?! 5) Any other quirky traits/or behavior ?♀️patterns that I should know & be aware of?! Describe his Potty ? situation 6) Does the dog have separation? Anxiety, How bad?..! For how long it can be left alone? And HOW to Console the Dog?! Give examples of particular Words/Phrases/Situations that you use at your own Home to calm your dog down. Perhaps he/she knows a certain routine that would eventually lead to assure them that everything is going to be fine. ❤️? 7) Is He/she a “Runner”, will he Take off If accidentally off leash?! What is the best way to solve the situation? Does he react to His/Her Name, or any other command. Does He know NO/Stop/ Road/Car or anything of this Warning ⚠️ nature. 7) And also, Is he or her a Chew lover of the furniture pieces or any other strange objects?! ?. No Breed preferences, all Dogs are Welcome! As long as they are Not aggressive or harmful in any way!! They should possess a great deal of Tolerance towards other (Smaller) dogs. Though, I would use a greater Caution towards super powerful, so-called ''Fighter breeds''. S• P• E• C• I• A• L• NOTE, regarding Pricing, ‼️Please Pay Attention‼️: The Boarding Rate for Small/Tiny Size dogs /1 to 16lb/ will be $40 per night; for Small to Medium/17 to 39lb/ will be $45. Puppy rate: +$5. If Marking of the house occurs (especially in Male dogs, sometimes female as well) there will be a small fee of a $10 applied for the 1st day of the stay, & all the rest of the days +$5. Pls, Note, that All Rates can be altered at any time of the stay, even at the end of the stay, and are determined on an Individual basis !!☝️ (Age/weight/Difficulty of Handling, amount of care, Energy and especially Cleaning(!!) invested, Fur shedding, ‘marking the territory’, jumping on the couches & Beds is huge factor☝️; it will also vary depending on my Booking availability; the choice & preference maybe be given 1st to those categories of clients whose Booking requests are for a Longer duration of time and to Dogs fitting & matching the current situation better. Hi, my name is Liubov.💗(means Love😌) I’m originally from Ukraine! 🇺🇦 I have been caring for dogs & cats since I was 7y.o. and would definitely love to show and provide my life-long experience and affection to your loved one(s). I live in a Big House 🏠 with plenty of space 🏞 inside and outside!! /we have a huge Back & front Yard, comprising of 2acres. Exercise & fun Playtime guaranteed!/ I and my Family have plenty of experience with different breeds, from small to large. Throughout time, we owned - Cocker-spaniel, Pekingese, Toy-terrier, and Doberman. Currently, we are proud owners of a Smooth Dachshund -Ruby Rose. Our love for Dogs is endless... We'll make sure to form a special Bond with your dog and accommodate as much as possible to make Your Time away Easy & Relaxed. I feel comfortable handling dogs and well prepared to deal with any unexpected situation. We have cared and know how to handle delicate situations, especially in relation to dogs with Anxiety!! During all this time with Rover, we have had multiple stays of doggies that required special care & attention, due to past trauma or shock, or for simply being very timid and of fear being left alone in an unfamiliar situation. Dogs get accustomed rather easily with us, they feel at ease finding ‘their new spot’ within given surroundings & end up Coming back Home with a Smile!!..) We always have someone Home🏡. It’s either me, My Mother, or both of us together, we all take an integral part in Caring for All of our lovely doggies. Your pet will be in Heaven with us ♥️, and that is no exaggeration!😁 They will be cared & loved as our own dog. 😊There is no difference for us in it. They will be getting all the Treats & great quality deluxe Food goodies☺️ (such a Greenies, Salmon bites, broth & bouillon, in order to make food wet, more delicious & heathy), -same as our girl Ruby, even if they don’t have ones/or ran out of their own. Simply put, It is our very own version of the Ritz-Carlton for Dogs! 😊
