Hello! My name is Kristy, and I have loved all animals, especially dogs, for my entire life. I have had dogs of my own since I was four years old. I have experience with rescue dogs, puppies, older dogs, small dogs, large dogs, cats, etc. I am a volunteer at a dog rescue, so I have gained a lot of experience with dogs of different breeds and backgrounds. I have administered medication to both dogs and cats. I have been dog-sitting dogs of family friends for years, and I always love every part of it. I have a genuine love for dogs and all animals, and I love the idea of getting to meet so many different breeds and personalities. I think that this love and interest I have for dogs and all animals sets me apart from many people. I have been trusted to dog-sit dogs of all sizes since I was around thirteen years old, and I am thrilled that I have found a way to find more clients and dogs to take care of.

Kristin helped us out last minute. We did a meet and greet with her and her dog Darby. I could already tell Kea felt at home and was going to have a great time with Kristin. Kristin sent me pictures through the weekend and kept in touch. She did a wonderful job watching Kea and we would definitely use her again.

Kristin is amazing! My dog doesn’t like to walk the full 30 minutes, so Kristin spends the remainder giving belly rubs. She recently watched our dog and cat in our home. We loved getting multiple pictures and notes every day. Kristin is super sweet and spoils my dog when I’m away. We are so grateful we found Kristin a couple years ago and have booked her every opportunity since!
My original Rover Walker canceled at the last minute before my vacation, and Kristin saved the day! My dog, Kini, chose Kristin on the app and we couldn’t be happier! I enjoyed all the pictures and notes Kristin left. Kini didn’t want to walk the entire half hour, so Kristin spent the remainder of the time giving her belly rubs, which was Kini’s dream come true. I felt less guilty going on vacation without Kini because she was in such great hands! We will definitely book again. Thank you!!! ❤️?

Schedule
I work from home, so I am available on short notice and at any time of the day in case of an emergent situation. I have the flexibility to take a dog for a walk, fill up their water, feed them, etc at any time during my work day.

I love to spend as much time with animals as possible. I ensure to always keep the water filled, give the pet frequent opportunities to exercise and use the bathroom, and ensure to be aware for cues when the pet is showing that he/she needs or wants something.

A typical day
I love to keep the dog and myself as active as possible, such as going on walks/runs, playing with various toys, and playing fetch if we have access to a secure gated area. If the dog is in my home, I have plenty of toys and puzzles for enrichment.
