About: I have a lot of experience caring for dogs of all breeds and personalities, such as bloodhounds (grew up with 2!), corgi, schnauzer, Labrador, Italian spinnone, Shiba Inu, and French bull dogs. Hayley went above and beyond! One of my dogs had some GI distress while we were away—Hayley completely cleaned up the area, even rolled up my rug!! She was amazing, I wasn’t anticipating any issues so I didn’t leave out all the cleaning supplies etc—-she was very resourceful and I felt completely confident in her assessments of the situation. We eliminated the offending item and dogs got back on track! She was amazing!!!
Carol is wonderful to work with. She came over before I left on a trip to make sure everything was ok, check on the animals and any special needs they may have had and get the key in advance to ensure no problems. She was able to easily care for my cats and even cleaned up when one of the cats was violently sick outside the litter box. She sent pictures of both animals at every visit (2X a day for over a week) and helped assuage any anxiety I had about leaving them. 10/10 - absolutely trustworthy and able to care for elderly and even younger cats.
This was our first time using Alexa and she was wonderful!! Our kitties really liked her and followed her around everywhere. I could tell by the many pictures that our cats were super comfortable with her and enjoyed play time. She also went her way to accommodate our picky eater cat 😻 We felt comfortable being away and will Definitely use her in the future!!
