I have taken care of dogs of all ages from a senior dog to a young puppy. I am willing to administer oral medication as long as I do not have to restrain the animal.

I have grown up in a household with 3+ cats. I am a quiet person who has a knack for making animals feel comfortable in my presence. I love when they keep me company as I work. I dabble in pet photography and would love to expand my portfolio!

Alexa did a great job taking care of our 4 dogs. She communicated frequently and shared a lot of photos and videos. The dogs loved her and she was meticulous in caring for them. I would highly recommend her!!
This was our first time using Alexa and she was wonderful!! Our kitties really liked her and followed her around everywhere. I could tell by the many pictures that our cats were super comfortable with her and enjoyed play time. She also went her way to accommodate our picky eater cat 😻 We felt comfortable being away and will Definitely use her in the future!!
I really can’t say enough good things about Alexa. She was simply fabulous with my two little girls. See kept me updated at all times and sent pictures of my girls. In just two days I got 27 pictures. It really gave me a peace of mind. Thank you soooooo much much Alexa.

Schedule
I bring a high level of professional responsibility and structure to my pet care (New Jersey ONLY). During the work week, my routine is built around my 9-hour workday (8am-5pm), which makes me an ideal match for independent dogs or cats who are well-adjusted to a standard work-week schedule and comfortable napping while their humans are away. During the week, pet care fits into my day as a 'bookend' routine: I provide plenty of exercise, feeding, and mental stimulation before I head to the office, and I dedicate my entire evening to quality time, play, and companionship as soon as I return. This structure works perfectly for house sitting, as I can provide a consistent and reliable presence in your home. On the weekends, my schedule is completely open, which is when I offer dog walking and drop-in visits for those needing extra adventures or check-ins. Whether I am staying overnight during the week or visiting for a weekend walk, you can count on me for a calm, dependable routine and frequent photo updates!
