As a long time dog owner and foster for multiple rescue organizations, I have experience with dogs of all temperaments and energy levels. Do you have a high energy dog? I'm a runner and would love to take your dog on a run! If your dog is more of a couch potato, we can lounge on the couch or outside in the sun instead. I am also experienced with special needs dogs of many kinds, including those with mobility issues and visual impairment.

Melissa was a wonderful dog sitter! This was the first time my one year old goldendoodle was being watched by a family member, but Melissa made sure not only Sammie felt comfortable, cared for, and loved, but also me! She sent daily text updates, plenty of pictures, and a video each day of my vacation. Sammie even was able to fall asleep with her in her bed similar to how she is at home. Sammie loved their dogs and had a great time playing in the back yard. I highly recommend Melissa, Dan, and her family for watching dogs. You will feel at ease knowing your pup is in wonderful, loving hands :)

Schedule
Someone will be home with your pet at all times so your dog will never be alone. There will be plenty of time for play.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fully fenced in yard and safe neighborhood sidewalks for walking. Once the weather warms, the doggy pools will be out as well! Inside, your dog will be free to roam as they would in their own home and treated just like another member of our family. We also can gate off part of the house for dogs who enjoy some alone time. There are plenty of dog beds for napping and crates if your dog prefers that.

That's entirely up to your dog and what they like to do! We could play ball, go for a run or walk, or just lounge in the sun.
