About: I've taken care of all kinds of dogs since I was a young child. The only time I didn't have a dog in my care was when I was in college living in dorm rooms, and even then I went to the local shelter to walk and love on puppies while mine were back home. I have experience training dogs and caring for puppies. I love all dogs, big, small and everything in-between! I am a stay at home Mom right now with young children. My schedule is pretty open except when I'm running around to pick a youngin' up a few times a day! I'd love to fill my extra time with helping care for your fur babies! I am currently a full time stay at home mom and therefore offer a very flexible schedule to be there for your pet sitting needs. I now own my own dog who is very well trained and socialized from the consistent work I put in with him everyday. While walking or caring for your pups I will also train with them! I have been making efforts to become a dog trainer myself and I am hoping to get tons of experience taking care of other dogs and training them while in my care. I care for pet daily and ensure he has all his needs met such as food, water, and access to bathroom outside. Even when my schedule is busy I ensure he has at least an hour of exercise due to his high energy. I make sure my dog has fresh water throughout the day. I ensure my dog does not get into anything that may cause him harm or damage my home. If I also have a crate that can be utilized for your dog if needed and plenty of toys to play with! I train and play with my dog every day after work either in my backyard or a park. I love to take dogs on walks and hikes. I wouldn't mind going to your homes and walking your dogs either in your area.
About: If I could foster and adopt every dog, I would!! In 2020 when the world slowed down, I wasn't traveling for work any more so I volunteered at my local shelter (Austin, TX) and fostered 12 dogs within 7 months ranging from 5 weeks- senior. I've learned training techniques over the years that have worked well with our dog, Lucy (one of my fosters we adopted). We are all about positive reinforcement. My husband and I both work from home, I am part-time flex and a stay at home mom. We love spending time outside with our dog playing chase and fetch, and we are 10 minutes away from Harmon Park. On our days off, we love hiking and hanging out at home working on the house. We live on almost 1 acre off of a quiet road and both work from home. Our dog loves when she has a fur friend to play with so your dog will never get lonely or bored.
