About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life. As a child, I always wanted a pet but was frequently told no. As a teenager, a family member needed an indefinite pet sitter for his young schnauzer. I took care of his baby for 3 months and fell in love with being his provider. It was devastating when I had to return him back to his owner and my parents felt terrible. They finally saw the capable person that I was and gave me my own puppy to take care of! My mother and I were his sole caregivers up until he passed. His name was Panda. Right after school, I’d put his leash on him and would take him on lively walks. I taught him how to do tricks, even roll over! He was mostly in for the treats. I took him on my long car rides where he mostly slept in the backseat but you could tell how much he loved it. I am very serious about safety so of course he had a seatbelt. Towards the end of his life, he became sick. It was like he became a senior in one singular, sudden day. He had a plethora of medications and supplements that he needed to take that I became responsible of. I was also the spokesperson for him during his scary vet appointments. Needless to say, I will take good care of your pet. Whether they are a puppy or a senior, I have it handled. I lived a life where I was able to fully love my boy and it would be a token to him that I take care of your babies. I am currently not working so I am mostly free from Monday-Thursday from early morning to sunset. I am very selective about my time from Friday-Sunday but I can always make space for your fur baby with proper communication! “5 stars!! Michele was extremely attentive and outstanding for both of our pets. We were in constant contact and she was very sweet and accommodating at all hours. We have a diabetic dog who needed extra attention and Michele was very much on top of that especially because the first few days were really hard on our dog’s sugars. She was very responsive, thoughtful and prioritized the safety and comfort of our pups, consulting with a Rover vet when she felt that our dog’s condition was becoming more emergent. About: Ive taken care of my dog that was 10 years of age before he passed and also taken care of a puppy with a anxious attatchment style. Shannon is wonderful, and if you are looking for a pet sitter/house sitter do not hesitate- if her dates are available book her immediately. My only hesitation in giving Shannon the rave review she deserves is my fear that if everyone finds out about her, she will not be available when I next need her! Shannon is the first person EVER to get our skittish kitty to come out and play, and I would say they even became friends. Our house was lst in such perfect condition it was hard to believe someone had been living here for the week we were away: but how great to have the plants watered, the mail brought in, and the security of someone at home WHILE AT T?HE SAME TIME knowing our kitty was well cared for and not dying of lonliness. Krista took such amazing care of our 130 lb dog while we were out of town. She didn’t just “watch” him, she truly loved on him, played with him, and treated him with so much kindness and attention.
