When they saw that I was going to leave Oswald and Maisey with them for 10 days, they wanted to get to know their 'clients' by having them over for a 6-hour playdate beforehand. I live alone so my two Beagles are very important to me as companions. But I was glad and very comfortable leaving Oswald & Maisey with Melissa & Jhoan and it helped me enjoy my trip to Texas. They sent pics and videos every day. Would I use Melissa & Jhoan again? ABSOLUTELY! Their property is a safe and huge place for dogs to run; and they are excellent caretakers of your dogs.”

About: I know how stressful it can be when you can't take your pets with you on vacation. When your pup stays with us, you can trust that they are in good hands and they will be treated like family! My two Aussies and I would love to hang out with your dog! We have a backyard with a pool and a good daily routine. We want you and your pup to feel safe and comfortable staying with us! I work from home and my dogs are my first priority. Breakfast and potty at 7am, lunch at noon, dinner at 6pm. I usually check in with them every 3-4 hours to see if they need to go out. We do outdoor play in the yard or pool around 2pm for an hour if the weather permits. And we all relax in the evening and everyone gets a potty break and bed time treat around 9:30pm. The dogs are always under my watch, and I’ll spend my time with them making sure they’re doing good. They will never be out of my supervision.

About: I have a lot of education with dogs. In high school I attended a Scroc Pet boarding class and also went to Animal Behavior College. I worked at Pet Boarding and Spa in Lomita, California. I volunteer at the Lancaster Animal Shelter where I have fostered puppies that were underaged and bottle fed them and potty trained them. I am very familiar with humane animal restraint. I am familiar with all dog breeds . I have taken care of dogs for most of my life. I have distributed medicine to dogs often. I tend to take care of animals with all my heart, and love them within seconds of meeting them and would do anything for them. I believe I am the best choice for your pets needs.

Once I'm off work there's more playtime in the backyard before dinner and bedtime. Our two friendly dogs love making new friends and are great at welcoming guests into our pack. We always offer a quick Meet & Greet in our spacious backyard to ensure everyone’s personality meshes perfectly before the stay. This allows us to see how our dogs and my child interact with your pup before we confirm a stay. For long-term stays (30+ days), I often suggest an extended Meet & Greet to make sure your pup feels fully comfortable before your departure.
