About: I’ve never taken care of a dog, just cats. But I’ve always wanted one so badly since I have consciousness. My parents bought me a self guided book on taking care of dogs (when I didnt even have one because I was obsessed). I’m still actively learning about dog behaviors, etc since I can’t not wait to adopt a dog when I have my own place. I’ve volunteered at a pet shelter to do weekly cleaning of their living spaces. I cleaned litter box, and played with the kittens while providing potential adoptee information about the cats available. I will be very cautious about every opening/exit they can run away from, as well as meeting their needs while providing amble and productivity play.

About: Being a pet owner my whole life has allowed me to understand dogs very well! I’ve dealt with bigger breeds like German Shepards and Pitt bulls, smaller breeds have always gotten along well with my demeanor. About: I've had dogs since I was 10 years old. I dog sit for my coworkers and family members. I have a certificate in veterinary assisting and I interned at a veterinary clinic for 2 months where I gained valuable experience with dogs and cats of all ages, I am cpr certified, I can give oral medication and injectable medications like insulin. I currently work at a middle school so I am unavailable Monday-Friday 730am-3pm however after June 4th I am available full time. Right now I can do drop in visits after 3pm on week days and any time on the weekends I rent a room in my friends house but I have a door to the backyard in my room so I have quick access to the yard for playtime or potty breaks. I have one senior dog who does not like to play with other dogs but will be respectful otherwise.

When I was 12 years old, the people in my old apartment complex called me “The pet whisperer” because I knew so much about animals. By age 13, I was not only dog walking for the people in my complex, but i would often pet sit for them as well. I have hands on personal experience taking care of newborn puppies, newborn kittens, rescue animals, slightly aggressive dogs, animals with anxiety and more. About: I too have a dog. Her name is Akira and she is a Siberian Husky, so I am quite used to taking care of energetic dogs. I'm okay with taking care of pups and teaching them to go to the bathroom outside and cleaning up after the mess if accidents happen. My dog was once a pup herself so I understand the struggles of raising one. If your dog just needs company then I am okay with staying with them until you get back from work. I am not professionally trained. My experience is through taking care of not only my dog, but also my family and friends' dogs. I am a college student and I also have another job so my availability will work around that. So please understand that if I say no its because it doesn't match with my schedule.

About: Taking care of three cats and a dog requires patience, organization, and a lot of care. Each pet has its own routine, so I make sure the cats are fed on schedule, their litter boxes are kept clean, and they have time to play or relax comfortably. At the same time, I give the dog plenty of attention by taking it on walks, keeping up with feeding times, and making sure it gets exercise and companionship. I pay close attention to their behavior and needs so they all feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Managing multiple pets might be a big responsibility, but it’s also rewarding to keep them happy and healthy. I am available taking care of dogs after 2pm. After 2 pm I'm fully available at any time even past midnight for any last minute plans or emergencies. When I used to have my own pet who died due to complications I've learned many dogs have different needs that all need different treatment which with enough care and attention can be treated with my care.
