She send us lots of updates, photos and videos throughout her stay, and made sure we knew they were all doing well. We have a diabetic dog who needed extra attention and Michele was very much on top of that especially because the first few days were really hard on our dog’s sugars. She was very responsive, thoughtful and prioritized the safety and comfort of our pups, consulting with a Rover vet when she felt that our dog’s condition was becoming more emergent. “Kiyomi took such good care of our two dogs while our family was on vacation that we were able to truly enjoy our vacation without worrying about anything. Our lucky dogs got more walks than they get with us on a normal basis, and she even did some light training or reinforcement of training and games with them to keep their interest up. She sent batches pf photos daily with an update of what they did that day which our kids loved since they missed the dogs so much. And our dogs looked so happy and relaxed in the photos - I could tell they were very comfortable with Kiyomi. Would definitely rebook Kiyomi the next time we are out of town.”

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
