“Liliana took amazing care of my dog, Brownie, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her dedication, professionalism, and kindness. From the very start, she showed genuine warmth and a true love for animals, immediately putting Brownie (and me!) at ease. She went above and beyond in every way—making sure Brownie was well-fed, exercised, and showered with affection. She kept me updated with photos and messages, so I never had to worry about how he was doing while I was away. It was clear that she treated Brownie like her own dog, giving him not just attention, but real companionship. When I returned, Brownie was happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. It’s rare to find someone so responsible, trustworthy, and caring, and I’m truly grateful to have found Liliana. I will absolutely be booking her again in the future and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional pet care.”

“She was absolutely wonderful with my one-year-old puppy! My pup had a fantastic time, got plenty of playtime, and all her needs were taken care of so I could focus on work with complete peace of mind. She was incredibly empathetic and attentive, especially understanding the needs of a younger pup as well as my older dog. She handled multiple pets with confidence, warmth, and such natural care—almost like a mother. I truly appreciated the updates and loving environment she provided. I would absolutely book with her again anytime I’m in Pasadena. Highly recommend!”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
