I’ve dealt with bigger breeds like German Shepards and Pitt bulls, smaller breeds have always gotten along well with my demeanor. “5 stars!! Michele was extremely attentive and outstanding for both of our pets. We were in constant contact and she was very sweet and accommodating at all hours. We have a diabetic dog who needed extra attention and Michele was very much on top of that especially because the first few days were really hard on our dog’s sugars. She was very responsive, thoughtful and prioritized the safety and comfort of our pups, consulting with a Rover vet when she felt that our dog’s condition was becoming more emergent. She also left our house cleaner than when she started her stay. We would be so lucky to have her watch any of our family members again and hope to see her again in the future!”

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
