About: I’ve taken care of mostly dogs since I was a kid. I grew up raising dogs and showing dogs. We raised several breeds growing up. I have cared for puppies as well as adult dogs. I do teach full time, but am available after 4pm most days. My day starts at 7:10 so I could do a very early drop in or walk if needed. About: Hello everyone! I’ve been a pet sitter for as long as I can remember — starting with family friends, then growing through referrals, and even including my college dean. In high school I volunteered regularly at 5 Acres Animal Shelter, where I cared for cats in the Kitty Cottage and helped socialize dogs by taking them on outings and to special events. For in house pet sitting, if your pet cannot go up to 8 hours being home alone on the week days we may not be a good fit! But on the weekends I can assure you that they will not be left alone longer than 3 hours. I do require a written out schedule and or pet habits (such as when they get fed, when they usually go outside, how many walks a day, how often to scoop litter, where supplies are) to ensure we have crystal clear directions! About: I started dog walking/sitting when I was just 12 years old and continued with it until I was about 18+ years old. Every weekday, rain or shine, I was there with my puppy friends. Certain dogs required specific harnesses, food, shoes, grooming, and routines. I love meeting new dogs and their dog parents.
