“We went out of the country for an extended weekend and Nadia took care of our older dog. She has become more high maintenance as she has gotten older and Nadia took care of everything that our little Allie threw at her! I’d definitely hire her again.”
“Hannah took the best care of our two dogs. The updates she sent always made us feel good that the dogs were in her hands. One of our dogs is very anxious and seemed to warm up to her very quickly. We will definitely be booking with her in the future! Thanks Hannah (:”

“Haley is the best pet sitter! She’s very conscientious, communicative and responsible. She truly cares about my kitties and I know they are in good hands with Haley when we’re vacationing !”

“Lindsay has been a huge help with coming over and spending time with my 2 dogs while im at work. She stops by and lets them out to potty and spends some time with them multiple times a week. It makes me feel good knowing I can trust her, that she enjoys being with them and that shes very experienced in dealing with different breeds and personalities of dogs!”
“Kaylee was super communicative and the pups loved her! She took great care of the dogs and left the house neat and clean. Even our dog who is usually so shy around strangers loved her. Thank you!”

“Rayna and Zach are absolutely terrific with my dogs. I was very nervous about introducing my 13 year old dog and new 3 month old puppy to strangers but they warmed up to them right away. Not only did they take care of their basic needs (food, water, bathroom), but they also took the time to teach my new puppy some essential tricks like not biting when he plays, being calm when entering the crate, etc. I come home every day with two tired, well behaved, and mess free pups. They have gone above and beyond my expectations and I am so lucky to have them taking care of my pups! I would recommend Rayna and Zach to anyone and everyone!!”

About: I’ve been a dog mom to my Golden Retriever, Ellie, since I was 9 years old, caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. Along with raising Ellie, I’ve also helped care for family and friends’ pets over the years, so I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and routines. Whether they love long walks, playing outside, or just getting lots of attention, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. As a college student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time to caring for pets throughout the week. Outside of class, I have availability for walks, drop in visits, playtime, feeding, and giving pets the attention they deserve. I enjoy being active, so spending time with animals fits naturally into my routine! Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my top priority. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision, and I will care for them with the same patience, attention, and love that I give my own dogs. I will always follow your pet’s routine, respect your home, and provide a safe, calm, and caring environment.

I was gone from Rover for a while due to military services, but am back now to continue caring for your furry friends! Hannah was a pleasure to have take care of our pups while out of town. She was prompt with her arrival, followed instructions, and went above and beyond expectations. She updated us at every visit, made notes at the meet and greet, and sent adorable photos! We will be booking Hannah again in the future!

Phil has cared for my dog with every ounce of love and attention I could have ever hoped for. From the very beginning, it was clear that animals are a passion for him. My dog would absolutely light up when “his friend” would arrive, and that joy told me everything I ever needed to know. Phil is reliable, communicative, and incredibly thoughtful. I always received updates and photos, and it was obvious that my dog Jake felt safe, happy, and cared for. Whether it was adjusting to my dog’s funny quirks or being patient on his slower days, Phil always went the extra mile to make sure I came home to a content pup. Phil consistently exceeded my expectations for several years, up until the last days before my sweet boy crossed over the rainbow bridge 🌈🐾 Trusting someone with your pet is a big step, and I can honestly say I trust Phil completely. I am so grateful for the comfort and peace of mind he has given me. I would wholeheartedly recommend Phil to anyone looking for a walker who will treat their dog as if they were his own. If you landed on Phil’s profile here on Rover, you hit the jackpot.

Tara was exactly what we needed in every way! She filled in when we were cancelled on with short notice before a very important trip, she communicated and showed up promptly to the messages, meet and greet, and every visit. It was so lovely to see my usually shy to strangers rescue boy fall in love with her so quickly. Tara sent detailed and heartfelt messages along with her photos of what our dogs were up to and how they were doing each time and we genuinely looked forward to them. It had us at ease while away and that was such a blessing. I highly recommend her and would love to book her again 😊

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
