We love dogs... big to small!
We currently have Lucy a black lab that is 8. My husband & I have traveled once a year since we have been married. The hardest part of going on vacations is leaving our pup at a kennel. You can trust if you bring your dogs into our home they will be loved as one of our own. I have been known to pull over on the side of the road to help a lost dog. I have watched numerous friends & family members dogs as they know they are loved here. I currently am a stay at home mom with lots of free time to play. My kids are in school so it leaves lots of time for me to love & play with the dogs. We have a large fenced backyard for dogs to play in. I set up the pool & sprinkler in the summer to let the dogs play. We go on morning & evening walks with Lucy. Lucy loves to play fetch & wrestle. Lucy is a very well socialized dog. Between having our neighbors & nieces dogs over & going to the dog park up the road from our house they meet new dogs weekly. I am a stay at home mom and can let your animals out every 2 hours at my home or come to you as often as needed. I have a large fenced back yard with a covered patio for shade in the summer time. Our black lab loves to play or she will snuggle with your pup! I also have 3 extra crates so you do not have to bring your own along with water dishes & toys.

I was unexpectedly called to go into the office for a week and needed a last minute sitter. Molly did a fantastic job managing the dropping in on a 4 month old teething german shepherd. Anyone who knows the breed knows they take a special hand or you will get chewed on. Not only did she manage him but also the crummy weather at the same time. She provided the peace of mind I needed to make sure my puppy was taken care of over lunch so I could do what I needed to do in the office.
Molly has been great with Gidget and our family. She has been very accommodating to our schedule and making sure we are comfortable, along with our dog.

Schedule
I do not work so I am able to do drop ins and walks through the day and call also host day care and boarding at my home. My daughters have been around dogs since they were born so know when to play with the pups or when they may need some down time.

Safety, trust & environment
In my home I always feed pets separately and always offer a meet and greet so owners can see my home and make sure they are comfortable with me and most importantly that their pet is comfortable in my home. As for drop ins and walks I always suggest meeting the pet and pet parent before starting a service if time allows so I know how to get into the home and where all of the pet supplies are kept.

A typical day
We tend to go on 2 walks a day depending on temperature totaling about 3-4 miles. If that is too much for your pup just let me know & we can adjust. We play a lot of fetch & spend time outdoors. Also if you are ok with me taking your dog on a hike we go almost every weekend & love to bring the pups with us.
