About: I’ve been a full time dog mom since 2007 and have cared for a variety of different breeds and temperament's. One thing that sets me apart is that I’m extremely active and love to get the pups outside on walks, runs, hikes, etc. Also, I’m always home so the dogs would never be left by themselves which is hard to find in sitters post-Covid. Love to take photos so you’ll receive many updates throughout the day if wanted. Dogs are meticulously cared for and treated like my own. Happy to accommodate even the quirkiest of requests. I work full time but from home with my daughter, who also helps with the pups! I have a flexible schedule/laptop so we are free for walks and playtime constantly. I do not work on weekends so I try to go on short trips those days! I have a nice open floor plan home (2100sqft) that is 100% dog friendly. My 3 year old human and 6 old golden lab are home full time to play and give attention in addition to me. I also have a 1/3rd acre backyard perfect for running laps and playing fetch!

About: I’ve cared for animals in a wide range of environments, from farms on the Big Island of Hawaii to horses in Appalachia and North Florida. Over the years, I’ve helped care for dogs, cats, horses, and farm animals, (including caring for more than 30 pets in the Asheville area in one summer alone!) I’m dependable, grounded, and comfortable working independently. As a mother currently studying social work, I value calm communication, consistency, and creating a safe, relaxed environment for both pets and homes. Because I live nearby, commuting is easy for me, which helps me stay reliable and responsive for clients. I enjoy creating calm, steady environments for animals and genuinely value the trust involved in caring for someone’s pets and home. I currently provide care in clients’ homes so pets can remain comfortable in the environment they already know and trust. I understand how important consistency, routine, and familiarity are for animals while their owners are away. I aim to maintain a calm, clean, and dependable environment by carefully following feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication instructions, and household preferences. I’m respectful of clients’ homes, communicative throughout each stay, and attentive to both pet safety and home security. My goal is always to help pets feel relaxed, cared for, and emotionally at ease while giving owners peace of mind that their home and animals are in responsible hands!

About: I am a teacher in Asheville looking to hang out with some lovely animals in my free time. Growing up I have always had animals but primarily dogs so I have a strong background in dog behaviors and needs. My fiancé, Ellen, is also available to support during the week days that wouldn’t be optimal for me to leave during my teaching days. This gives a lot more availability! She has always grown up with cats and dogs and would love to help support to give them the best care. Often we both come for meet and greets/visits to ensure we give the best care 😊 I look forward to care for your animal in anyway I can. Please let me know of any questions as I hope to be flexible with any needs. During the week I am gone roughly 8am-4pm but will be home during the weekend times. During the summer months I am available throughout the day times. My fiancé is a nurse and works 3 days out of the week. The schedule is flexible but sporadic. I love to get out for long walks and get as much movement as possible. If that’s for your animal I’d love to get them out! If not I am cautious about the animals typical areas and what works best for them.

About: I’ve taken care of many animals throughout my life. I trained my dogs back at home. I’ve worked with very large breeds and small breeds. My two young girls are with their dad every other week; I only accept bookings on the weeks I don’t have my girls. I’m currently working from home as a freelance translator, so I have plenty of time to help you achieve your pet care needs. I also have a part time job a few days a week. I live right up the road from a local park with lots of open grass; I’m on a fitness journey so I will happily run and play with your pet as much as needed. I have a young cat that can keep your pet company and if need be, I can always enclose him in my room.

About: Hi! We’re an animal-loving family with room to roam and a whole lot of heart. We share our home with three wonderful dogs (a Pointer, a German Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix, and an Australian Shepherd) all 7 years and older, plus our cat, Potato. We’re very comfortable managing different personalities, energy levels, and species under one roof. Our dogs are mature, well-socialized, and help create a calm, balanced pack environment. We live on 2 acres with a securely fenced quarter-acre for safe, supervised outdoor play. There’s plenty of space for sniffing, structured exercise, and relaxing in the fresh air. My wife and I are almost always home, so your pet will receive consistent supervision, attention, and affection. We also have a sweet baby, Cooper, who is growing up learning to gently and respectfully love animals. Our home is calm, structured, and family-oriented. In addition to boarding, we also offer drop-in visits for pets who are happiest staying in their own home. Whether your pet needs potty breaks, feeding, walks, medication, or just some companionship and playtime, we’re happy to help. I’m currently a stay at home parent so my schedule is wide open for both days and nights to take on boarding or do visits to other homes. My home has a large fenced area where our three dogs can roam and exercise. I am very reliable and respectful when it comes to entering others’ homes while taking care of their pets.

About: My husband and I have both grown up with dogs. We recently lost our two dogs to cancer and had our first child within the past few months - it has been an emotional rollercoaster. We want our son to be around dogs, but are not ready to get one ourselves yet. This seems like a great way to earn extra money while also being able to love on dogs. I am home with our son every day (week days and weekends) so I am able to watch after dogs any day at any time. We enjoyed taking our dogs on walks in the neighborhood, hiking in the woods, and playing in the yard. We allowed our dogs on the couch and in the bed because they are family.
