About: Hi! I’ve been with Rover for 10+ years. As well as nine to five pets for 3 years.I know how important loving, reliable care is. I especially adore Brussels Griffons, but I’m comfortable with dogs of all breeds and ages. ❤️ I send detailed reports and photo updates on your pups visit and will give them all my attention :) I work remote so I have flexibility to do walks every 2-4 hours. I will be able to come by at various times of day I will have the dog on the leash at all times outside unless noted otherwise. I can take them outside and play within fenced in yard.

We share our home with three wonderful dogs (a Pointer, a German Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix, and an Australian Shepherd) all 7 years and older, plus our cat, Potato. We live on 2 acres with a securely fenced quarter-acre for safe, supervised outdoor play. There’s plenty of space for sniffing, structured exercise, and relaxing in the fresh air. My wife and I are almost always home, so your pet will receive consistent supervision, attention, and affection. We also have a sweet baby, Cooper, who is growing up learning to gently and respectfully love animals. Our home is calm, structured, and family-oriented. In addition to boarding, we also offer drop-in visits for pets who are happiest staying in their own home. “Paul and his fiancé were amazing with our boy, Ezra. As my service dog, he is always with me. There were 2 days of our 16-day vacay that we needed a reliable pet sitter for adventures we couldn’t bring Ezra on: zip-lining in Barnardsville and driving the Blue Ridge Parkway in a 2-seater Polaris Slingshot. Even after a considerately planned meet-and-greet the afternoon before his 1st stay with Paul, Ezra was a little nervous after we dropped him off. Thoughtfully, I received updates and videos to keep me posted. Paul and his fiancé worked with him to build trust and also Ezra’s confidence. By day 2, Ezra did not want his stay to end at pick-up time! When he finally did get in the car, he was happily exhausted and slept the entire drive home. About: I grew up on a farm so I have taken care of nearly every kind of domesticated animal at every age, so nothing is too big or too small for me to handle! Today, I have 3 cats and 1 horse that keep me busy, but allow for lots of spare time to help others! I only work part time currently, so Thur-Sat from 10-3, so my schedule is pretty available! I am also very flexible when it comes to timing! I am very detail oriented and follow instructions to a T. The cat rescue i have worked with in the past said i am a "gold tier" cat parent. My cats at home are fed wet canned food with teeth treats twice a day and dried anchovies for omega 3's. They also have access to a rotation of toys that change every week. My dog, who i had for 15 years, went to a doggy daycare 2-3 times a week and we went on a walk everyday with lots and lots of sniff breaks! I also keep a camera in my home to keep an eye on all my pets! I believe in giving the same care to your pets as I do to mine!!

I am currently not boarding or watching pets in my home, but I will make sure your pet is safe and comfortable in their own space. About: I am a teacher in Asheville looking to hang out with some lovely animals in my free time. Growing up I have always had animals but primarily dogs so I have a strong background in dog behaviors and needs. I love to get out for long walks and get as much movement as possible. If that’s for your animal I’d love to get them out! If not I am cautious about the animals typical areas and what works best for them.

We have a young, friendly Lab who loves other dogs and four dog-savvy cats who are accustomed to sharing their home with a pup. Our home is also thoroughly puppy and toddler-proofed, and everyone in our household understands the importance of respecting a dog’s space, body language, boundaries, and individual personality. I’m big on maintaining consistency between your home and ours. If your dog is crate trained or currently learning we’re happy to continue their normal routine. The same goes for potty training, basic commands, feeding schedules, special diets, and any house rules you’re working on. Dogs can be fed separately to ensure everyone eats their own food, and we have an extra crate available or are happy to use your dog’s own crate if that makes them more comfortable. I love providing enrichment beyond simply letting dogs hang out! Depending on your pup, that might include sniff walks, Kongs, lick mats, snuffle mats, sprinkler or kiddie-pool play in the yard, fetch, or supervised creek adventures. With your permission, well-suited pups can also join us for dog-friendly walking trails or an occasional brewery outing. If your dog is happiest staying close to home, we’re just as happy to keep their world quiet and familiar.
