About: I've had about 3 years of experience doing pet sitting professionally, but I've been taking care of pets since childhood. I've mainly done work for neighbors or friends, and I've taken care of dogs big and small as well as cats. I've cared for pets who've had various conditions such as arthritis, cataracts, blindess, and deafness, and have experience administering time-sensitive medicine. Also, although I have not taken the steps to get certified as a trainer, I have helped assist a dog trainer many times and have experience in caring for "rowdy" or hyperactive pets. I'm currently a student, but have plenty of time available throughout the day! My schedule is most open during the morning (8am-10am), afternoon (2pm-5pm) and late night hours (8pm-11pm). But, if your pet needs care midday or during the evenings, I can be flexible and adjust accordingly. I make sure to treat your pets as if they were my own. I save any and all written or spoken instructions from owners to make sure pets are given care they are comfortable with and used to. When doing drop-ins, feeding and playing with pets are included. If requested I can also bathe and administer medicine to pets. When walking dogs, I spend 30-60 minutes with them depending on the pet and owner's requests and can walk them as many times a day as needed (within reason). Also, I can accomodate any personal preferences in regards to putting pets in crates, letting them in the backyard, etc. I'll also send picture updates of your pet after I'm done with every visit. I'm always open to questions and requests!

About: Hi! I’m a 19-year-old college student and lifelong animal lover. I’ve been caring for dogs since I was young. Friends, neighbors, and family regularly trust me to pet sit, walk, feed, and play with their pets. I have a 10-month-old mini long-haired dachshund named Tucker, so I understand puppy energy, training consistency, and daily routines. I’m very active and outgoing, and I love being outdoors, going on walks, and staying active, which makes me a great fit for energetic dogs! I’m responsible, dependable, and will treat your pet like my own. Whether your dog needs playtime, cuddles, exercise, or calm companionship, I’m happy to provide a safe and loving environment. I’m currently a college student with one in-person class on Thursdays and the rest of my coursework online, which gives me a flexible schedule. I also work part-time at Abercrombie & Fitch, but I plan my shifts in advance and have plenty of time throughout the week for pet care. I’m available for drop-ins, walks. Because I’m active and enjoy being outdoors, I love fitting walks and playtime into my daily routine! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priority. I always follow the owner’s instructions closely to keep routines consistent, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, and medication (if needed). I make sure pets are supervised, secure on walks, and comfortable in a clean, calm environment. I provide regular updates and photos so you can feel at ease while you’re away. I treat every dog like my own and focus on creating a safe, loving, and stress-free experience.

About: Hi friends! I am an energetic person who LOVES the outdoors and basically any kind of animal. I am blessed enough to be able to work for my husband for his concrete business so I am home (mostly) all day every day! I have 3 dogs myself; a Border Collie, GSP, and a mixed breed (half Great Pyrenees, half Australian Shepherd). They are my babies, and I also have a human baby! She will most likely be joining me on our drop ins and walks her in carrier! I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies! Monday-Thursday with some weekends! We travel a lot over the weekends in the summer so weekends are limited but I will keep my weekend schedule updated We have a doggie door leading to the fenced in area for our dogs so they are able to come and go as they please. If you aren’t comfortable with the doggie door, I will make sure your pet does not use it and I will take them out for breaks frequently!

About: I've had and taken care of my own dogs ranging from Great Danes to chihuahuas and everything in between, I would go to friends and family members house just to play with the animals. I love providing care and love to any furbaby near me!! In my home or my client’s home, I care for pets by following their usual routine as closely as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I make sure they are fed on schedule, have fresh water, and get plenty of attention, playtime, and affection based on their personality and energy level. I’m mindful of any specific instructions from the owner, including medications, special diets, or behavioral needs. I also keep their space clean, make sure they have a calm and stress-free environment, and give lots of reassurance so they feel at ease while their owner is away.

About: My wife and I have raised my 7 year old black lab since he was a puppy and learned from his needs and wants throughout the years. I live in a small community where I routinely walk my dog but also have a decent sized back yard where your pets can play. I have previous experience with taking care of close friends cats and dogs. my wife and I are available anytime, I work during the day and she works during the night, there will always be someone home to take care of your loved ones! We have a fenced in back yard with a single gate, inside we have door sensors on the backyard door and front door. I have 2 daughters ages 3 and 6 that have not had issues with pets before. I live in a small neighborhood with decent room to walk your pets

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was five years old. I still distinctly remember the breeder of the first dog I ever owned - a chocolate lab named Ginger - looking me in the eye after seeing I was apprehensive about the dogs and telling me, "Son, some day this dog will be the best friend you ever had." Ginger and I went everywhere together. I've had dogs and cats virtually my whole life, and the animals love me. While I am employed full time, I work in a hybrid setting that includes roughly 3 remote days per week, so I can be pet sitting on site and developing as close a band as I can to alleviate the babies' separation anxiety. I aim to please - if you'd prefer for your fur baby to be crated at night, then I will make sure s/he does that. My only job, other than to make the babies' experience as smooth as possible, is to follow the directions laid out by the owners.

About: Outside of watching friends and coworkers animals, I grew up in a house where any animal was welcome, so between me and my siblings over the years there were lots to take care of I have a very flexible schedule so I can work with most anybody needing service within a reasonable range. I do weekends overnights or long stays. Ide care for anyone else’s pet like I would my own, as someone who can’t stomach leaving there pet somewhere with anyone I understand completely

About: I believe that pets deserve an abundance of respect and understanding, as well as optimal attention and care. In general, I tend to feel more comfortable around dogs and cats than people and treat them all with dignity, respect, and love. I have had decades of experience with a variety of pets, from blind pugs to anxious mutts to timid cats and everything in between. I believe pets must be addressed on their own level and met where they are. As a middle-aged woman with many responsibilities and experiences, I am adept at managing a wide variety of pet tasks with conscientiousness and skill. You can be confident that your dogs and cats will be in safe and loving hands with me while you are away. I am a freelance writer and work only part-time from home, so I have an abundance of time to be fully in the moment with your pets and provide them quality care, supervision, and one-on-one attention. I have a wonderful husband who loves animals and 16-year old son (who also adores animals), and a 20-year-old son studying at Chapel Hill, who helps me with the dogs in my care when he is home for the summer and on breaks. Currently, I have a wonderful, small group of regular dogs who come for daycare most days of the week. I always make sure prospective dogs are a good fit with the group to ensure safety and an optimal experience for all the dogs. We love meeting new dogs and welcome having new playmates here at "Camp Dewdog." These guys have so much fun here, romp around the yard, hide in the shrubery, zoom around the porch, and go on walks in our Montford neighborhood to see the goats and chickens down the street or to the Reed's Creek Greenway, or Hummingbird Park. There's never a dull moment here, except when the pups are sacked out on our porch swing bed or lounging in the house on the sheepskin rugs. Your pets will be cared for with the same dedication and attentiveness as with my own pets. Dogs can either roam and lounge in our large Victorian home or frolic in our lush fenced yard and porch. Montford is also a lovely neighborhood to go on walks with dogs, with lots of parks nearby, resident goats and chickens down the street at our friends' house, and Reed's Creek Greenway just around the corner.
