About: I am a teacher in Asheville looking to hang out with some lovely animals in my free time. Growing up I have always had animals but primarily dogs so I have a strong background in dog behaviors and needs. My fiancé, Ellen, is also available to support during the week days that wouldn’t be optimal for me to leave during my teaching days. This gives a lot more availability! She has always grown up with cats and dogs and would love to help support to give them the best care. Often we both come for meet and greets/visits to ensure we give the best care 😊 I look forward to care for your animal in anyway I can. Please let me know of any questions as I hope to be flexible with any needs. During the week I am gone roughly 8am-4pm but will be home during the weekend times. During the summer months I am available throughout the day times. My fiancé is a nurse and works 3 days out of the week. The schedule is flexible but sporadic. I love to get out for long walks and get as much movement as possible. If that’s for your animal I’d love to get them out! If not I am cautious about the animals typical areas and what works best for them.

About: What sets me apart is that pet care is a passion I truly love animals of all kinds—big or small, energetic or laid-back, quirky or shy. I’m currently in online nursing school, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to be home the majority of the time. Because I’m not tied to a strict 9–5 schedule, I can easily adjust to meet your pet’s specific needs and routine. Whether your pet is high-energy and needs lots of stimulation or prefers a calm, relaxed environment, I’m here to give them the love and attention they deserve. In my home, pets receive consistent, loving care in a calm and safe environment. Since I’m home most of the time thanks to my flexible online nursing school schedule, I’m able to give pets the attention they need throughout the day—whether that’s sticking to their usual feeding and potty schedule, offering playtime, or just being there for cuddles and companionship. I’m very adaptable to each pet’s personality and routine. Whether your pet is energetic and playful, shy and quiet, or somewhere in between, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I take time to learn their unique preferences and adjust my care to match what makes them happiest. Your pet’s well-being is always my priority, and I treat every animal in my home like family.

About: My husband and I have both grown up with dogs. We recently lost our two dogs to cancer and had our first child within the past few months - it has been an emotional rollercoaster. We want our son to be around dogs, but are not ready to get one ourselves yet. This seems like a great way to earn extra money while also being able to love on dogs. I am home with our son every day (week days and weekends) so I am able to watch after dogs any day at any time. We enjoyed taking our dogs on walks in the neighborhood, hiking in the woods, and playing in the yard. We allowed our dogs on the couch and in the bed because they are family.

About: I have a passion for animals. I worked in a pet store for over year, enjoying being able to help pet owners find what their pets need. It’s rewarding to be able to help pet parents and pets get relief. Animals are giving and loving and I enjoy them so much. I have nine guinea pigs myself (which won’t effect my availability:)) and they are the absolute light of my life. Your pets will get so much love and care with me as your sitter. I love all animals, and I am comfortable with most dog sizes. I grew up with small dogs, rodents, and lizards. I understand that dogs need time outside for relieving themselves as well as exercise and fresh air. Every other kind of pet is also just as amazing, and I’d love to love and care for them too! I will be spending all the time I have with your pet. I wake up early to take care of them and I come home immediately after work to spend the evening with your pet. My job starts early, so I will have most of the afternoon and all evening to spend with them. I spend as much time as possible with your pet. I work full time, but make it a priority to be consistent so your pet knows what to expect from me and feels safe.

About: I have always loved animals, i’ve had two dogs- Shadow a Chow Chow & Joseph a American Staffordshire Terrier. I’ve taken care of many friends/family pets throughout my life. I work where i’m always around many types of different dogs- so don’t be hesitant if your dog stands out :) (If you’re interested in where i work just contact me with all & any questions you have!!) About: Hi! We’re an animal-loving family with room to roam and a whole lot of heart. We share our home with three wonderful dogs (a Pointer, a German Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix, and an Australian Shepherd) all 7 years and older, plus our cat, Potato. We’re very comfortable managing different personalities, energy levels, and species under one roof. Our dogs are mature, well-socialized, and help create a calm, balanced pack environment. We live on 2 acres with a securely fenced quarter-acre for safe, supervised outdoor play. There’s plenty of space for sniffing, structured exercise, and relaxing in the fresh air. My wife and I are almost always home, so your pet will receive consistent supervision, attention, and affection. We also have a sweet baby, Cooper, who is growing up learning to gently and respectfully love animals. Our home is calm, structured, and family-oriented. In addition to boarding, we also offer drop-in visits for pets who are happiest staying in their own home. Whether your pet needs potty breaks, feeding, walks, medication, or just some companionship and playtime, we’re happy to help. I’m currently a stay at home parent so my schedule is wide open for both days and nights to take on boarding or do visits to other homes. My home has a large fenced area where our three dogs can roam and exercise. I am very reliable and respectful when it comes to entering others’ homes while taking care of their pets.

About: I always have loved pets! When I was growing up everyone around me wanted me to walk/care/ or watch their dog / pet Because they knew I would exceed their needs and more! I am also a mom of two under two so besides pets I also love kids! And all of my pets are kid and pet friendly:)! Thanks for looking at my page! About: I have worked as a foster for animal rescue organizations for years; raising many litters of pups and kittens! I am animal CPR certified, and am very interested in pet nutrition. I spend as much time as I can in the outdoors, and would be thrilled to take your dog running, hiking, or walking! I am experienced with many different animal species; and would love to board or watch your pigs, chickens, goats, lizards, etc! I am a teacher on summer break, so I can care for your animals full-time. I would be able to go over to your house to care for your pets as often as you would prefer. I have a fenced in yard, and live in a very safe, pet loving community. All boarded animals are treated as my own pets are; as a member of the family. They are welcome to hang out with me on the couch, spend time in the kitchen, and have free range of the house. I make sure my home environment is always extremely pet-safe; no chemicals or dangerous chewable items are ever left out. I will exercise your pet daily, and will also provide training if you would like!

We offer private rooms for cage-free cat boarding, so your kitties feel safe and comfortable. I am comfortable walking dogs as needed and providing appropriate play and enrichment for your kids.

About: I have had pets my entire life! I love animals with a passion. I have a cat named Carmen who is 6 years old. I have a German shepherd who is 11 weeks old , they are both very sweet loving animals who is always looking forward to meeting new people and new friends! I have plenty of time to take care of pets I’m available 7am -7pm through the week and on Saturdays 7am-1pm! But I’ll make exceptions if needed! I have a big yard and a loving fur baby ready to play! About: My past experience with dogs is lots of walking,hiking and playing. Most of my care taking has been either in my home or the dog owners. I frequently care for my past neighbors animals, chickens, cat and dog. Other dog sitting I have done has been for friends. I live within 15 to 20 minutes north of Asheville on a beautiful couple of acres that are fenced in. I am very caring so I love to show my affection towards animals and people. My space is clean, quiet and cozy. I would be different from other sitters because of my flexible schedule, my nurturing spirit and my impeccable references. Also I love hiking so the dog would be my hiking buddy! I am willing to negotiate price depending on location and situation.
